I woke up at 9am to my alarm I had set the night before. Thankfully I randomly woke up at 2 am and somehow remembered to set an alarm, otherwise I most definitely would've slept in.

I got out of bed and headed to my bathroom where I washed my face and all that. I wasn't sure what to wear because Gustav refused to tell me where he was taking me, so I went with a basic, kind of cropped shirt, some low rise jeans, a sweater in case it would rain (the weather in Magdeburg is really unpredictable in April) and some sneakers. Nothing too crazy. I styled my brown, layered hair just like I always do and went downstairs to feed both my dogs, Pumba and Lucky.

9:37: So we're having breakfast together, right? Because if you changed your mind again, I'm definitely going to be late, I texted Gustav while watching my dogs in the backyard.

9:42: Yes, the chauffeur says we'll be there in around 15 to 20 minutes. (- Gustav

9:51: Great, I just left the house, I'll be there in five, I answered before putting my phone in my small purse.

The bus stop is just five minutes from my and Gustav's house. He lives just a few houses away from me. While the twins moved into their own home outside of Magdeburg, Gustav and Georg stayed here with their parents, but they're honestly never here. They usually sleep in hotels, the twins' house, which is significantly closer to their recording studio, or in their tour bus.

Once I arrived at the bus stop, it only took two minutes for a big black car with very dark tinted windows to pull up. The door on the passenger's side opened and a big man in a suit and sunglasses got out of the car. He opened the back door to let me in and made sure no one was around before heading back to his seat. Gustav was sitting next to me and he greeted me with a big hug. Wow. I didn't realise how much I missed him.

We spent the whole 30 minutes long car ride talking about what he did while he was gone until we finally stopped at a coffee shop to have breakfast. Unfortunately, there was too much people around that started taking pictures of Gus the second he stepped out of the car, so we had to ask one of the security guards to go inside and get our orders. The amount of people sticking their cameras against the back windows of the car was insane. "You're sure they can't see us, right?" I asked Gustav, worried, while we were looking at all the girls screaming hysterically. "Nope, we can see them, but there's no way they get to see us" he said slightly grinning. Well he was used to it, but I definitely was not. He almost looked amused by all the paparazzis trying to get to the car while there were at least 30 girls grouped around it.

I get very anxious in situations like this, but Gustav is always the first one to notice. "Don't worry, Al. The doors are locked and they can't see us. Nothing can happen to us." He said before trying to get my attention away from the whole crowd forming around the car by showing me some funny pictures he took of the other boys. "OMG is that Tom!?" I said bursting into laughter. "Yeah, I always get the worst pictures of him" he said, laughing as well. It was a picture of Tom laughing while eating something, it almost looked like he was choking. Very concerning.

When the security guy finally arrived with our box of pastries and two coffees, we could finally leave the all of a sudden super crowded street. We almost ran a girl over because she refused to move out of the way and some people kept chasing the car.
Now that was crazy.

"Just tell me where we're going! It's not that hard.", I asked Gustav, slightly annoyed because he wouldn't tell me anything.
After a lot of begging, he finally agreed to tell me."Fine. I can't tell you everything, but we still have a one hour long car ride ahead of us and we need to stop at a pizza place to get lunch. We're heading to Berlin to spend the day with some people." he said, grinning again, clearly amused by my facial expression when he said "one hour long car ride". Deep inside me I had slight hope that the "some people" meant what I thought it did. "Don't get your hopes up, Alix", I thought to myself.

"What was that face for?" He said, breaking the silence. "You could've at least told me that the car ride would be two hours long in total. You know how much I hate car rides" I said. "And that is exactly why I didn't tell you" he said ,giving me his weird smile he always does when he knows I'm mad or upset, before tickling me out of nowhere to make me laugh. "Stop Gustav, I'm serious" I said laughing, trying to get his hands off of me. "Gosh, you're really just like Tom. You can't touch him without him laughing" he said while finally letting go of me.
