the day after and weekend

Neteyam doesn't get up the next day, he wants to but he can't so he just tells his mom he's sick, the others leave to go to school and jake leaves to go to work leaving Neteyam with just his mom, who can't be fooled so easily, she sits down on the edge of Neteyams bed "You wanna tell me what's wrong? You haven't been like this for a while now.what caused this?"."... failed a test.... he hides further in his blanket. "Oh honey that's ok it happens". Neytiri may have expectations but never like Jake, she cares about her childrens well being and she is the only one that knows that Neteyam isn't sick he is just low on good mental health." not to me......". She sighs and kisses his head" I don't expect you to but it would be nice if you could make it downstairs ok, even if it's just for a little bit". He just nods.

He does not leave his bed for the rest of the day nor the following three days till the weekend. At friday dinner he finally brings himself to stand up and go downstairs because for once he's hungry. "Look who finally decided to get out of bed", Jake says" I hope you'll be able to catch up on the schoolwork you missed". "I will... I'm meeting with Aonung tomorrow he'll help me with it". "I sure hope so". "Jake it's enough, he's been sick so do not force that load on him at once". " No mom it's fine, I'll catch up, it's no problem at all". He eats his fooch quietly and packs the stuff he needs for tomorrow in his bag, Lo'ak comes in his room" What do you want?". "It's not like you to skip school just because you are sick and something doesn't adds up, Hey...I'm just worried, we told eachother everything why did you stop? Do you not trust me?". "I trust you Lo'ak but this is just a small thing, nothing that should alarm that small brain of yours". Lo'ak looks at him offended"I just want to help..."," There's nothing to help". Lo'ak just leaves again after realising he won't get Neteyam to tell him, what hurts him the most is that Ao'nung seems to know a little more about this than him.

"Hey Neteyam, are you feeling better? Kiri and Lo'ak said you were sick",Rotxo lets him inside, Neteyam smiles a little" Yeah I'm better now, how are you doing"."I'm great, it's good to have a home I'm safe in and don't have to be scared about doing the smallest mistake"."I'm glad it worked out". Rotxo smiles and walks him to Ao'nungs room" You know he actually made an effort of,paying attention to what was said and even took notes". "He did?". "Yeah, anyways have fun I'm out with Kiri and Tsireya now". Netegam enters Ao'nungs room "Hey"." Hi Neteyam how are you doing? I got worried when you didn't come to school the past days"." I'm ok... so what are we going to start with?"."Uh lets start with Math". "Ok".Aonung and Neteyam get to work and Ao'nung does his best to explain the things to Neteam who is finally smiling again, looks like being with Ao'nung puts him at ease. "Any suggestions for Lunch?", Ao'nung looks at the clock" No not really"."Ok, let's go downstairs and see what we have". The two boys head to the kitchen, they decide on making some fish and rice" So besides learning do you wanna do anything else?". Neteyam shrugs" let's finish with school work first and then
see". "Ok nerd", Aonung chuckles as Neteyam rolls his eyes, they eat together "Neteyam... I don't want to kill the mood but... you should eat more, I noticed how light you are when I brought you to my room the other day". Neteyam looks up from his food "Oh don't worry I'm still at my supposed weight so it's fine don't
worry" Aonung sighs, he's worried about the other, he knows Neteyam doesn't have a great relationship with food and if the possibility is there skips it." Well I am worried..."" Can we just drop the topic! Please". "Ok", They finish their food and go back to schoolwork.

Around late afternoon they are done and now watching a movie with Tsireya, Kiri and Rotxo, who have returned from their trip. Aonung looks at Neteyam worried, he knows the sign of an eating disorder, they had their experience with it when Tsireya slipped into one back when she was thirteen up to the age of fifteen, she still struggles sometimes but got the help she needs. When he looks at Tsireya he knows that she's worried aswell.

"Hey do you two want to sleep over?". Kiri shakes her head "Thanks for the offer but... you know... ". "Oh it's totally fine,we understand", at Tsireyas answer Kiri flaps with her hands, happy that her friends are patient with her.

Lo'ak bursts through the door and pulls down the hood of his hoodie trying to catch his breath,wheezing "Lo'ak! Easy do you have your inhaler?", Neteyam asks and his brother nods" Good why the hell did you burst in Like a maniac? "" W-Where's mom and ?!!."Grocerie shopping with Tuk"."Fuck!". "Lo'ak what's wrong?"." I-I was playing basketball with some random kid... He said he's here on holiday with his uncle... pointed at a guy in
