In the dark of the night, Within the dark of the ship, two bodies could be seen scurrying around and hiding in the shadows.
Gleefully hiding from the masses within the ship as they sneak a bottle of wine and a bit of cheese and crackers to go with it.
The within the confines of the ships farthest and darkest corners- there you were.
Drunk on wine, full of cheese and crackers and being kissed silly by you boyfriend, Thatch.
Him being a commander made things hard. He could be set on a special task that would keep you away for days, weeks or months. Today was your first month as boyfriend and girlfriend and he was so ecstatic. He was sorry he couldn't prepare something more elaborate but he did just come back today. The happiness you felt when he scooped you up and kissed you silly was spilling over in your giggles and laughs.
"The sun isn't the only star that shines brightest."
You pressed your lips against his again and again.
"You took away all the light and put it in your eyes." You whispered against his lips. The giggles kept pouring out of both of you and you just kept kissing and eating and drinking.
Happy to get to be together.
"My love for you knows no bounds." You whispered again against him, half drunk and feeling very cheesy.
He smirked.
"That's not what you said when I suggeste-"
"Thatch!"
"Sorry, sweetheart~"
As time passed, he carried you to your quarters.
"Hm?" You mumbled as he laid you on your bed, kissing your lips once more before mumbling 'I love you.' You asked where he was going and he sighed.
"I'm going to check on that devil-fruit I found, I'll be back soon."
