whimsical_girl_537 The Emerald Prince is where I got the quirk idea but I'm changing it a little (Original in thing above) I dont want to name it Kiss for All so if anyone has any ideas pls let me know!!! Anyway my version is the person Izuku kisses doesn't have to do it willingly what I mean is if Izuku pecked someone on their cheek without them doing it first she can still have the quirk and stuff, This Izuku is also in a bad mental state with this quirk as she doesn't know when people actually like her or not as people with strong quirks are 'drawn' to her.
