Kadhal Tonic Part - 1
The sky was ablaze with the fire of the setting sun while below the firing sky walked a bunch of friends on the road that was very busy and filled with people who are returning home after a long hard day of work, a few women doing their small scale business of selling flowers and fruits. And a lot of teen girls and boys are returning from their school and walking towards their home after a long day of studies and fun at school.
Here our Hero and his three friends are walking down the road towards the bike stand returning from the football ground after a terrific match in their football suits.
Rakshan-- Machaa sariyana Match da dei... Antha goal eppadi da pota!!
Ashwin-- Ennake therla macha, naanum seri intha oru goal-la than namba maanam prechanai irukku super-ah panniranum-nu irunthen...
Kavin-- Naan vera 5000 bet katirunthen da... Nalla vela nee adicha...
Mugen-- Aama da Ashwin, enkitta vera 1000 vaangi vachan bet opponent-ta... Pochu-nu irunthen... Nalla vela...
Ashwin-- Bet-ah... Yaaru ketu da bet potinga.. Ethana vaati solliruken bet kattathinga da-nu...
Kavin-- Machaa, Potta pasangalada... Bet katta bayapudringa-nu kalaichanga da... Ithella ketutu summa irukka soldriya... Athan...
Rakshan-- Avanunga namba bet katta vaika thanda appadi soldranga...
Ashwin-- Athan, athukella yenda trigger aaguringa... Ethana vaati solliruken soothada koodathu-nu... Yenda ippadi pandringa..
Mugen-- Seri seri Vidra...
Rakshan was carrying the football kit and the football, which was not just a simple football but a very sentimental football for Ashwin. It was something that is a very personal and emotional thing to him, it was a football that was the last birthday gift that his father gifted him. As his father is no more he keeps this Football very close to him and takes it to every football match he plays, Not to play with it but to keep it close to him as he considers it as a lucky charm.
Rakshan was carefully holding the football kit and the football but a few school children who were running towards the icecream shop behind pushed Rakshan and ran, while he mistakenly threw the bag down and his sentiment football fell out of the kit and rolled down while Ashwin eyes wide out and immediately put his kit down in the ground and ran after the ball.
The ball rolled down and went towards the road where it was the peak time of traffic and cars and other vehicles were really fast. He ran down the road despite such traffic while his friends kept on shouting his name and asking him to stop as it was really a risk of such things to do, But Ashwin kept on running behind the ball.
A lorry of goods was in high speed came over the road, Ashwin didn't notice anything around him but his eye sight fixed on the ball. The lorry couldn't stop immediately and hit Ashwin while he was in the air and fell down on the ground while his head hit hard while blood splashed on the ground.
His friends Kavin, Mugen and Rakshan were terrified and ran towards him while the crowds stopped there and got crowded around Ashwin's body. His friends were crying badly and asked the crowd to help but none came forward. His friends couldn't even take him to the hospital as they travelled on the bike and not in the car.
Kavin called Ambulance immediately and the rest of them Rakshan and Mugen begged others to help them with admitting him to the hospital but none came forward. A girl from the distance stopped her car and came running towards Ashwin.
That Girl-- Ennachu Ennachu...?
Mugen-- Accident ayiruchu ma...
That Girl-- Avara inga paduka vainga...
She said pointing to her lap while Mugen hesitated to put Ashwin in her lap also because she was some random girl and blood stains may get on her too.
That Girl-- Tho paarunga... ABCD hospital-la doctor-ah work pandren, naan ivara patient-ah than paakuren... Paduka vainga...
That girl treated him and did the basic treatment to Ashwin until the ambulance arrived there, fortunately, the ambulance that arrived was from the same hospital that the girl helped works.
That Girl-- Thookunga Thookunga... Eduthu vainga avara... Seekiram...
They all together lifted Ashwin and helped him to get on the ambulance and that girl also sat beside Rakshan and asked the driver to rush to the hospital.
The ambulance was basically rushing as fast as it could reach the hospital while the girl inside tried her level best to keep him on hold by doing various medications and supplying him oxygen through equipment available as he was counting his last seconds while his friends were dropping their tears nonstop.
Rakshan-- Macha dei eppadi aachum enthiri da...
Kavin-- Dei eruma bayama irukku da, ippadi ella bayapuduthatha da...
Mugen-- Macha unna vitta engaluku yaaru da irukka... Please da...
That Girl-- Helo summa irunga moonu perum, panic aaka vaikathinga please.
Rakshan-- Ma polachiruvan-la...
Kavin-- Dei pakki payale yenda ippadi abasagudama kelvi kekura...
Rakshan-- Dei mukkiyamanathu thana da kekuren... Ippadi ratham varuthu
Mugen-- Athella polachiruvan da..
That Girl-- See avaru romba critical condition-la irukkaru, skull area romba damage aagiruku... Neenga moonu perum ippadi thona thona-nu pesitu iruntha onnum panna mudiyathu. Please amaithiya irunga...
Rakshan-- Sorry sorry ma... unnala mudinjatha pannu ma...
The hospital arrived and all moved the stretcher faster inside the hospital while his three friends ran behind the stretcher while the nurse pushed the stretcher inside the ICU ward while that girl walked inside the ward to treat him.
