Meant To Be Together [RUIKASA]

2 : The Rain Is Falling As I Am For You.~♪

Tsukasa left his house and started to walk to school, he didn't live too far away from his destination. After a few minutes of walking, the color of the sky changed from blue, to grey. Water started to pour from above.

"God damn it..." Tsukasa thought, he knew he had forgotten something. Now he's going to get soaking wet for it.

Tsukasa stopped in his tracks and stared at the ground. Frustrated and angry. But then... he felt a familiar hand on his shoulder. Suddenly the rain stopped, he looked behind him.

"Ehh?! Rui?!" Tsukasa screamed, still shook by his friends sudden appearance.

"Need a hand?" He asked, holding his umbrella in his free hand.

"Really? Thanks!" Tsukasa said, smiling happily.

"No problem...!" Rui replied, his face starting to turn a light red. The two went on their way to school, they weren't too far from it now. After a while more of walking, they reached the school.

-BING BONG DING DONG-

It was the first bell. They had gotten to school just in time.

"Well, I'll see you after class then?" Tsukasa mentioned.

"Yeah, okay." Rui said, turning to leave for class. They said their goodbyes and went on their way to class. Rui looked up at the small signs on the walls until he reached Class 2-B. He sat down on his desk.

-BING BONG DING DONG-

the second bell went, class started. Rui wasn't paying attention though, all he could think about was Tsukasa. Instead of looking attentively at the teacher. He stared out the window. All he wanted to think about was Tsukasa.

The way he smiled...

"-iro?"

The way he talked...

"Kamishiro??"

The way he walked...

"KAMISHIRO." That got Rui's attention.

"I have called your name at least 5 times now!" The teacher scolded.

"Sorry sir..." Rui responded, smiling awkwardly. The class laughed at Rui.

"What a werido..." They scoffed.

The bell rang once again, indicating that class was over. They grabbed their bags to leave for lunch. He met up with Tsukasa and Nene, and they all sat in an empty classroom. It started raining again. They couldn't go outside.

-knock, knock- went the classroom door, Nene got up to open it. But to their surprise. Emu, stood there.

"What?!" Nene screamed. "Emu what are you doing here??"

"Well..." Emu replied. "I made my way over here but it started to rain when I entered! So now I'm stuck here until the rain stops..."

"Emu!!! You need to get out of here!!" Tsukasa shouted.

"Oh Tsukasa... don't be rude to poor Emu!" Rui added. "She will get soaked if she tried to leave now... and we don't want that!"

"So I get to stay?!" Emu asked, joyfully.

Nene sighs. "I guess."

"WONDERHOY!!! YAY, YAY, YAY!!!!" Nene put her hand over Emu's mouth. Silencing her. "SHHHH!!" Nene shushed. "Quiet! The teachers will hear if your loud.

After a while of talking, the rain stopped. A mission had started! Export Emu out of the school is go!
a few people walked the hallways. Tsukasa went at the front, Nene at the side, Rui at the back and Emu in the middle. They stayed close to the wall, and ran down the stairs as fast as they could.

-BING BONG DING DONG-

The first bell went, they had to be quicker. They got weird looks but they had to ignore them if they wanted to get emu out before the halls were flooded with people. They finally reached the outside of the school. The waved at Emu as she walked away innocently. They all sighed at once.

-BING BONG DING DONG-

it was the second bell... they were officially late for class...

When they had all gotten to their classes. They got stares. But very annoyed, and disappointed ones from their teachers... After their classes were done, they all left. Except for Rui... he was on cleaning duty. By himself, again...

He turned the chairs over and sat them on the desks and wiped the chalkboards. After cleaning everything. He picked up his bag and left the school. Tsukasa and Nene must have already left. So he walked home by himself, also again.

It was sunset when he left. He was hoping he would get home before dark. Tsukasa was still on his mind.

"Why?" He asked himself, confused about all these new found feelings that had been unlocked. He finally got home. He opened the door and went inside.

"I'm back." He stated. Nothing. But he spotted a piece of paper, with writing on it. He read it.

"Sorry darling! I'm going out tonight so I won't be home... I have dinner in the fridge so heat it up if your hungry! I will see you tomorrow morning. -Mother x.

He was hungry, so he went and heated up the food and ate. After he finished eating, he went to work on one of his robots. He did that for hours. He did it for so long is that he would work until he was too exhausted to move, and he would fall asleep on his work desk. Of course, like every night. That's what he did.
