3 : These New Profound Feelings... What Do They Mean?~♡

It had been a few days since Rui had started to think about Tsukasa a lot more then he normally would. He didn't know why. He just knew that he didn't think of Tsukasa as just a friend. Rui had never had a crush before so... he didn't know how it felt.

Rui decided to try and ignore these feelings, but that was not going to be easy. He had been with Tsukasa and the others for shows and... wait. Had he always been doing this? It was always "TSUKASA and the others", never just "the others".

Was it because Tsukasa was special to him? Was it because he liked him, Romantically? He didn't know, but he was hanging out with the group tonight at the park so maybe that would help. Rui started to get ready, he was going to have to leave soon.

After he was finished changing, he left for the park. On his way there he saw Tsukasa.

"Tsukasa! Over here!" Rui shouted, hoping he would notice him. He turned around and smiled. He ran over to Rui.

"Rui!" Tsukasa said happily. "Since we're here... wanna walk to the park together?"

"Sure!" Rui replied. They started to walk. While they were walking, something... shall I say, nice happened. Their hands grazed one another's. They quickly pulled their hands away and stared at each other.

"Ahaha.. sorry...!" Tsukasa said, avoiding eye contact, red faced. They continued to walk in complete silence until it was broken.

"Rui!! Tsukasa!!" It was Emu. They had reached the park. They ran over to the two girls. The sat down on the grass and started to talk.

"There was something we wanted to tell you..." Nene said quietly.

"What is i-"

"ME AND NENE ARE GIRLFRIENDS!!" Emu added, completely cutting Rui off.

"Really?" Tsukasa replied. "That's great, Congratulations!"

"Yeah...!" Rui said, this new information made him want ask Nene something.

Emu started running around the empty play park, Tsukasa ran after her, so she wouldn't do anything stupid. Rui sat next to Nene on the bench.

"Nene, can I ask you something?" Rui said.

"Sure," Nene replied. "What's on your mind?"

"What do you, think it feels like to have a crush...?" Rui asked, staring at the ground.

"A crush huh? When I liked Emu, if she just touched me I would become very flustered. It's like... I just wanted to be with her, maybe forever I guess. But I guess it depends on the person." Nene answered. "Why? Do you have a crush?"

"I uhm." Rui murmured. "I don't know... I might but, I'm confused on how I should feel."

Nene smiled. "Do you feel happy, nervous or excited when ever they talks to you?" Nene says, her tone of voice was comforting.

"I mean I guess, yeah." Rui replied.

"Then, maybe... you do have a crush!" Nene said, she pauses for a moment. "Is it Tsukasa?"

Rui's eyes widen. "Yeah, I think it is."

After talking for a while longer Nene brings something up.

"Why don't you tell him?"

Rui looks at her sadly. "I don't know, what if he doesn't like me back? It would ruin our friendship."

"I thought that too, but I managed to build up the courage to tell her and now we are together!" Nene says. She looks at Rui again. "Don't push yourself though, wait until you are ready."

"Yeah I will, thanks Nene! You're an amazing friend!" Rui said.

"No problem, tell me when you start dating."

"Wha-" "Come on Emu! It's time to leave." Nene shouted.

"Ok! Ok!" Emu ran over to her and held her by hand. "Bye bye Tsukasa and Rui!"

"Bye!" They both said.

"Wanna walk together?" Tsukasa asked. "Sure." Rui replied.

They started to walk. "Hey Tsukasa, can I tell you something?" Rui asked.

"Sure!" Tsukasa replied. Tsukasa's looked excited to hear what Rui had to say. "What is it?"

"I just wanted to tell you that..." Rui stuttered. "I- Today was really fun!" He couldn't do it.

"Oh, yeah! I guess it was!" They reached Tsukasa's house.

"Bye Tsukasa!"

"Bye!" Tsukasa went inside.

Tsukasa did have fun today but... he was hoping Rui would tell him something else...
