BANG!
"What... the hell... HAPPENED??" Kai yells loudly, as Joon-woo and Ji-jun try separating Yeonjun and Ace from one of the staff.
30 minutes later...
"Ok, I understand sir." Ji-jun says.
Ji-jun leaves the room and heads to meet the rest.
"So how'd it go?" Kai asks concerned.
"It went uh.. fine." Ji-jun says. "The manager got fired."
Kai feels relieved.
"I can't believe he did that though." Kai responds.
"Yeah. How's Joon-woo? That manager hit him pretty hard. All because of what happened earlier?" Ji-jun responds, starting to get angry.
"Wait, what happened earlier?" Kai asks.
Ji-jun seems surprised he doesn't know yet.
"Well, you know how he was pretty mad earlier? There were some paparazzi and they were invading his privacy." Ji-jun says.
"Oh that's why, but what does that have to do with why the manager hit him?" Kai asks.
"He got mad at the paparazzi. A bit later the paparazzi started posting online about how "rude" his behavior was." Ji-jun responds.
Kai finally got it, although he still thought that it doesn't make up for what the manager did.
A bit later...
"Hey, you ok?" A voice asks.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Who are you?" Joon-woo asks, curious as to who they were.
"My name's Elly." says the person.
"Have we met before?" Joon-woo asks.
"Well, no. I'm the new manager." Elly says.
She was pretty, and she reminded Joon-woo of somebody, but he couldn't make out who.
"Wow, they already hired somebody? That was quick." Joon-woo says, slightly surprised.
Elly nods.
"Oh yeah, before I forget," Elly says, as she grabs something and gives it to Joon-woo. "Here's an ice pack, so you can feel better."
"Thanks." Says Joon-woo, still trying to figure out who she reminded him of.
Oh! Now he got it! She looks like the little girl from when he was younger, just older.
She has the same name, she has the same ponytail as the little girl, and looks like her. Joon-woo was still unsure as to whether or not they really were the same person though.
"Something on your mind?" Elly asks.
"Oh, nothing!" Joon-woo responds.
She looked a lot like Joon-woo's type.
Maybe this was fate? Maybe the universe was trying to tell him they were meant to be?
"Well uh.. I have to go now. Manager duties.. hah.." Said Elly, worried that there was something on her face as Joon-woo kept on staring at her.
"Oh okay! Goodb-" Joon-woo tried saying goodbye but Elly left too fast for him to finish.
Joon-woo still thought to himself what the possibilities of her being the little girl from his childhood were.
A bit after Elly left, the rest of the group entered the room.
"Hey, how are you??" Everybody asked, their voices overlapping each other.
A few hours later, after the whole group had left to go to sleep, Joon-woo stayed awake in the dorm. He kept on wondering if his meeting with Elly was fate.
Joon-woo has always struggled finding somebody that truly loved him and not his wealth. Maybe the universe was trying to give him a sign that Elly was the one meant for him.
Finally, Joon-woo was able to get some sleep.
