Chapter-13 Confession and Relaxation

Seungcheol pov:

"I like you Y/N"

I told her about my recent thoughts. We've only known her for a few days, yet despite that short time, I've already developed feelings for her. She takes good care of us whenever she is around. She is concerned about me and my members. She's also not like those gold-diggers, either. She is such a pure diamond that we will cherish always.

Even though the room is dark without the light, I can know she is looking at me as she gently turned to face me.

I drew her near to me and gently caressed her face by tracing my hands up from her back. I softly touched her face with the back of my hand, running my knuckles along her cheekbone while she let out a soft sigh.

"Seungcheol" she called me but I shushed her and said "no. call me Cheol. I like it better."

"Cheol oppa...I'm not sure how to respond. I am.." She looked at me and whispered, biting her lip in nervousness, "It's all just new to me".

"I completely get it, princess...I would have had the same feeling if I were you. Don't worry about it, then. Yeah? Just....just let me look after you. Let me express to you my love and affection for you". I kissed her forehead gently and smiled at her, to which she smiled back and immediately kissed my nose.

She kissed me.

I mean she kissed my nose.

"did you just...kiss me now?" I asked her in utter shock not believing what happened just now.

"yup. Because you are cute Cheol oppa." She said pinching my cheek cutely.

"shall we sleep now angel? We are going back in the morning" I informed her and embraced her in a hug.

And we both went to sleep cuddling each other.

The next morning:

When the daylight finally entered the room, I started to realise I was awake. When I looked at the time on my phone, it was already 6.30am, and Y/N was still asleep next to me.

She was snuggling in my arm while sleeping, which made me move very little. However, since we need to return home early, I considered waking her up.

"princess wake upppp" I cooed in her ear but all I got in return was her groaning at me.

"angel common we need to go back home right? Wake up now" I whispered in her ear and left some pecks on her face which made her to open her eyes slowly and smiled at me cutely.

"there I got you. Now come get up and change so that we could go home soon" I told her and got up to change my clothes to the old ones which are now dried up from the hotel's laundry.

At home:

Once we reached the entrance of Y/N's house after the long drive, I dropped her there and went to our mansion to meet the guys.

Just as I was entering the mansion, I noticed that everyone was looking in my direction, and one person in particular came over right away. That person was none other than Jeonghan.

"Will you please explain to me why you didn't come home last night now that you are home?" He queried me. Everyone was anxiously glancing my way.

I decided to make up a lie because I didn't want to tell anyone the truth. I said, "An urgent call came from my friend so I had to leave there that's why I couldn't come home last night." I said it with confidence so that it wouldn't appear like I was lying to them straight out.
