10. Is It Over?

We are in the attic the thing screams so loud

Then I feel a sharp stab in the higher part of my back, it feels like a knife just stabbed me

I scream in pain and my brothers all look over to me

"What happened?!" Matt asks and rushes over to me

Then nick and chris also ask me some things but I can't hear them because of how bad the pain is

"I- i- ...my back" im able to say through my pain

Then Matt moves to behind me and he gasps

"what?" Chris asked Matt while chris was holding me up making sure I won't fall

"It looks like a knife wound" matt says lifting up the back of my shirt

"What?!" Nick says loudly and then looks at it

" I need you to be strong y/n, we won't be able to hold you for the rest of the night running from that thing, you need to walk" chris says 

"I cant" I say while im breathing fast with wide eyes and holding onto chris

"Stop being a little bitch" chris says to motivate me and I laugh a little

"Stand up straight, dont think about the pain ok?" Chris says slowly pushing me into an up right position

"Im gonna stop being a little bitch" I say but the words are lanced with my pain

"Your gonna stop being a little bitch?" Chris says cheering me on like a football coach

"Im gonna stop being a little bitch!" I say loudly and less lanced with pain as I let go of Chris's shoulders and stand up straight 

as I stand up straight it is still very painful but I have to do it if I want to live, I can slowly feel some blood running down my back from the stab

Then the attic doors both fly open very quick

We all gasp from the sudden movement and look back and forth from exit to exit

We don't see it...but it knows where we are.....

We wait for a sound for about 40 minutes but we hear nothing...but the lights in our house hasn't turned on yet so we k ow it is still in our house somewhere....

Then all three of us get two scratches on our left thigh...A huge X covers our thighs...its a deep cut..and will leave a scar....we all cry out in pain once it happens and we all grip out thighs...but from the sudden pain I fall over and more blood comes out of my back and thigh

"Y/n, are you okay??" Chris asks

"No! Im.not fucking ok" I say sitting up

then the thing screams in my ear and does not stop, even if I cover my ears it doesn't block out any nosie, it happens for about 5 minutes, I am covering my head and screaming this entire time....then before I know it I can't hear anything..I look up to see my brothers worried about me and asking me questions..but I can't comprehend what their saying

Then I feel two hands grab my shoulders and yank me backwards towards the exit of the attic...the last thing I saw was my brothers reaching out for me and my brothers yelling my name "Y/N!!" Then boom...once I hit the floor the pain has taken me over and I black out....

Matts Pov:

After y/n has stopped screaming and covering her head we start asking her what had happened...then I see the things hands quickly grab y/ns shoulders and drag her backwards very fastly towards the exit of the attic...Y/N!!" me, chris and nick all scream as she gets farther from us and we reach out our arms quickly trying to grab her ....but were to late...
