MARINETTE POV.

"GAHH" I scream as I wake up from the nightmare that was once a reality. "Oh Tikki, will he ever leave me to dream in peace" I already know the answer, no. "Marinette, it's called PTSD. That battle traumatized you so deeply that the nightmares will probably never stop." Tikki explains. I need to get up anyway, and I might make it to school on time, and if I'm lucky, I might see Chat Noir tonight...again. I haven't seen him much since Scarabella got 100% control of the Ladybug miraculous. Chat Noir is the only thing that can calm down the nightmares caused by the traumatic battle of Chat Blanc. BRING BRING, My phone. It's Alya calling. I better pick up. "Hey girl, I don't think Chat is happy with Ladybug being permanently gone and Scarabella replacing her" Oh, that poor kitty. I forgot to tell him. Oh well, It's time for school anyway.

For once I am at school on time. Before I know it the bell has rung. Adrian is really sad right now, his butler Nathalie died last night so we are all trying to help improve his emotions. So I made some chouquettes for him. They're his favorite pastry, they are also Chat Noir's favorite, how odd. As we all sit down for the start of class I see Adrian and Nino whispering about something but I don't interfere or listen in because it's not my conversation. Next thing I know Nino's asking to swap seats with me. That would mean sitting next to Adrian! "ok Nino ill swap seats with you so you can sit with Alya~" I say with an 'ooh la la' smirk on my face. "How are you feeling Adrian, Is there anything you want to talk about?" I ask out of concern. "I'm fine Marinette, Don't worry" He replies, and then he hugs me, not tight, Soft, like a teddy bear. "Actually Marinette, no I'm not, I *GULP* I lo..." Thonk, Crash. The roof has been torn off the walls.

As everyone makes their way to a safe spot, I run to hide to transform then I remember, I don't have a miraculous.

ADRIAN/CHAT NOIR POV.

An Akuma. Great. Just one more thing to deal with. I'll just hide behind a door I guess. "Plagg, claws out." I run to the villain "Hey Scarabella!" the only enthusiasm I have had at all today is when I'm Chat not Adrian. "Scarabella, you grab the pole and I'll..!!" No. No "NOOOOOO!!" this can't be happening, I can't give in. "Hello, Chat Blanc. I am Shadowmoth. I can give you Ladybug back and we can find out who she truly is behind the mask!" No No No No "NOOO!!" As I try my hardest to hold onto all humanity I have left, as I try to hang on to all things happy, as I try to hold on to thoughts of Marinette and Nino and Ladybug. I slowly lose hope, Ladybug isn't coming back for me.

SHADOWMOTH POV.
