Chapter 18

I'm done talking about what happened and we get to the Nandos and park beside their car

We go inside and find a table to sit at and we all order, me going with a chicken wrap and Liliane with chicken wings as we were gonna share

And the others just order whatever they liked, after a few minutes of talking, I see someone in the corner of my eye which happens to be Sophie...

She sees us and walks over to us and greets them loudly like she's known them her whole life, I mean she has it's just that it annoys me

Niko looks over at me in worry and I reassure him that it was fine since she had no harm and couldn't do anything since we were already a thing

She sits down with us and starts talking to Niko which makes my blood boil but Liliane puts a hand on my thigh and smiles at me

Liliane buts into their conversation and I feel much better since I know Liliane wouldn't let them do anything stupid

Aj and chunkz stand up to go get the trays of food since it was done but I insisted on helping so I walked with them to the front and picked up Liliane and i's trays and walked back to set the trays down in between us

Liliane looks at me in worry and I stare at her in confusion she signals me to the bathroom and we both quickly get up excusing ourselves to "wash our hands"

As soon as we get in the bathroom she speaks up saying "Y/n bad news..." wincing not wanting to break it to me, obviously getting mad "What!" I asked kinda loud but then apologized she understood and said

"Well um Sophie and Niko are "hanging out"" she said in air quotes, I freeze from what she said and just stare at her then say "Are you sure?" she nods and explains "They were stalking and she asked to hang out and Niko said he'd be up for it and they planned it all out"

I take deep breaths and tear up not even knowing why, Is it because I love Niko too much? Or is it that I hate Sophie..?

"What am I supposed to do Liliane" I hug her and she instantly hugs me back and comforts me "Hey it's alright I'm sure nothing will happen between them" She rubs my back and kisses me on the cheek and smiles making me smile back

"Come on let's go eat" She puts a hand behind my back and lightly pushes me out of the bathroom

We both sit back down and Kenny looks at me but I ignore him not wanting to talk about this again

We all start eating and Kenny keeps on giving me glances which makes me feel uneasy so I look at him and smile

We finally decide to leave after 20 minutes of them talking and me just observing for anything which I don't

I get in the car with Liliane and instantly say "I'm gonna ignore that fucker so much that he will beg for me to talk to him!" Liliane follows their car and clicks her teeth "No that's not the right way love, talk to him about it work it out!"
I think about it and agree "alright I'll find a good time today and ask him about it" She nods and turns the music on

I and Liliane stop at a Starbucks to get some drinks as I'm dying for a refresher, Liliane gets an iced mocha and I get a mojito since I've been craving one

We get back to their house a bit later than they do since we delayed ourselves to get some drinks

We step inside the house and we see aj and chunkz slumped on the with Sharky sitting on one of the barstools slurping from an empty Coke glass

Sharky notices us and says "Oh hey I thought you guys weren't coming back!" Aj and chunkz look up and Aj says "Yeah what took you two so long" We raise our drinks and Liliane says "We stopped by to get drinks" Aj depressingly looks at us and says "How bout me!" I laugh at his childish behavior and Liliane and him and chunkz talk while I walk over to Sharky asking "Where's Kenny and Niko?" he points up the stairs and I nod thanking him
