Chapter 13

I get woken up by liliane calling me from downstairs and i groan and put the pillow over my head and she keeps on yelling my name louder

"what!" I shout exhausted from her annoying yelling "i made breakfast come down!" I could hear her say and i stand up half asleep and on the way to the bathroom i hit the wall and i stand there for a few minutes and then go into the bathroom and wash my face and teeth and brush my hair i look at myself in the bathroom for a few minutes and decide to shower after breakfast

I walk down the stairs into the kitchen and see liliane preparing stuff on the table and i look at her confused

She only does this when she has to apologise for something or shes done something bad

"What did you do?" I ask her and she gives me and apologetical smile and says "will you forgive me?" I sigh and "what is it?" And she holds my hand and says "i have a date" i stay silent and try not to get mad since itll give her a bad mood so i just say " its alright just tell me everything when you come back" she nods and grabs her bag "wait now?!" She stops and says "yeaaa" stretching it out i roll my eyes and she waves and i wave back at her and she leaves

I start eating and this is unbelievably delicious i keep on eating until a text message interupts me i look at the sender and its a number?

I freak out thinking my number got leaked or something i read the message

"Hey its eli from ice skating" i cringe and cant think of how he got my number then he texts me again saying liliane gave him my number

Damn liliane now i gotta text him back

I finish eating and head upstairs to change since elijah asked me to meet him at some cafe for lunch and i dont even know why i agreed but i dont wanna me sitting home alone all day

I wear a football jersey with baggy jeans and head to the vanity to put on some makeup and head back downstairs and i sit on the couch and scroll through my phone until its time to go out

I get a call from elijah and he asks for my location to pick me up and i give a house a few blocks down just so he doesnt know ours after his call i go outside and walk to the place i told him and i wait abit then soon he comes and i get into his car

"Hi" he says and smiles at me and i smile back and say "thank you for picking me up" "yeah ofcourse" he starts driving and i check his car out and we just awkwardly sit there until we get to this italian restaurant and i try to get out but he rushes over to open the door for me "thank you" i say and he smiles and leads me inside to a table by a window and he sits me down and sits infront of me

"What do you wanna eat" he asks me motioning for the menu i look up at him and then the menu and hes just staring at me i pick pasta and he ends up ordering the same thing

We wait for the food awkwardly and he keeps on smiling at me every few minutes then looking around

I already feel uncomfortable and text liliane

You: why the hell did you give my number to the ice skating guy

Liliane: why whats wrong

You: whats wrong is that were sitting in a restaurant and im really uncomfortable!!

Liliane: oh shittt im really sorry i didnt know he was gonna take you out

You: ig its alright, have fun.

Liliane: sorry!

I leave her on seen since i dont wanna get mad at her on her date and i look up and see elijah just staring at me and it makes me laugh "what?" I ask and he shakes his head and mumbles a nothing and he looks to the side of me and i look back to see the waiter with our food

I start eating and he eats slowly and keeps staring at me which makes me annoyed since i cant eat my pasta comfortably

I start eating faster so i dont have to deal with this guy anymore and i decide to speak up "why do you keep on staring at me?" He replies "why cant i?" I look at him disgusted as how he replied and i ignore it and place money on the table and he looks at it and says "whats this for?" He picks up the money and shows it and i shrug and stand up not wanting to deal with this anymore "were not done yet" he brags my hand as im walking out i glare at him then snatch my hand away and he walks with me outside

"Well bye.." i say silently and he leans in to kiss me and i put my hands on his chest pushing him away "what the fuck?" I glare at him and he says "i thought-" "no." I put my hand up for him to shut up and i start walking away and he yells "atleast let me drive you home!" I ignore him and i hear him say "alright then bitch" i turn around and flip him off and say "fuck off asshole!" I see people looking at me but i just cant hold it in and walk back to him and slap him he doesnt say anything and stays silent i walk away again and start walking home since all the money i had he took

Im drenched in sweat and out of breath infront of our door and i knock stupidly then i realize lilianes probably not home so i search for my keys when surprisingly the door opens to an excited liliane and i roll my eyes and wall past her "whats wrong!" She aks and i say "ill tell you after i shower" i head upstairs and instantly go into the shower after ive gotten out of my clothes

I blow dry my hair after ive changed into sweatpants and a tank top i grab my phone and go downstairs to see liliane on the couch on her phone and she looks up and stands up and asks me again "whats wrong?" "Nothing he was just an asshole" she hugs me and says sorry again and im so tired after that i decide that im gonna go and take a nap

I lay on my bed and move around to get comfortable before i sleep i check the time and decide i was gonna wake up at 5:30

I doze off to sleep...
