"Donnie? Donna? Donatello?" The goat hangs up his phone after no answer. "Hey Splinter, have you seen the kids?" Draxum asked his husband.

"Uh, didn't they go to that dancing school?" Splinter said from the couch.

"Yes but the curfew was over an hour ago and they haven't even sent a text. My baby Don never goes anywhere without telling me first. That kid's glued to their screen." Drax bites his nails with overwhelming worry.

"Oh I'm sure they'll turn up eventually. Leo is always getting into parties on a last minute notice." Splinter responded without letting his eyes off the T.V.

"My baby isn't popular. They are a spineless pale wallflower at parties. I'm going to try Leo's phone." Draxum calls again.

Phone: "Hello?" Leo answered the phone on the other end.

Phone: "Leo where are you and Donnie?! I have been worried sick. You two need to be here on the dot." Draxum lectured.

Phone: "Uh, at August's house?" Leo thought on the spot.

Phone: "You mean the boy my child has a crush on?!" Draxum raged out, fearing the worst.

Phone: "How'd you know that?" Leo asked.

Phone: "I read their diary to make sure they aren't getting bullied." Draxum explained simply.

Phone: "Let me handle this." August steals the phone away from the turtle. "Hi Mr. Hamato. No need to worry, we are just having a slumber party and yes my mother is here." The human said to the phone.

Phone: "Oh, then may I speak to them?" Drax asked with suspicion.

Phone: "Of course, one moment please." August takes a moment to pretend to be looking for his mom. "Hello, this is Ms. O'neil speaking." The boy changes his voice to sound older than they actually are.

Phone: Hello madam. Just wanted to confirm that my kids were telling the truth." Drax responds.

Phone: Perfectly understandable. They are all just playing video games with a few friends and will be sleeping in separate rooms. Also I'm making some whole grain sandwiches. Crust cut off for the special little ones of course." August continues the charade as his own mother.

Phone: "Ah, finally a parent with some common sense." Draxum gives the rat the stink eye.

Splinter gives the goat a razzbarry.

Phone: "Oh you are much too kind. I'll drop them off by Monday." August hangs up.

"Until then." Draxum puts his phone away.

"Well what did they say?" Splinter asked.

"That they were having a sleepover." Drax tells him.

"See, I told you there's nothing to worry about." Splinter pats his husband's back.

"Yeah... but what if the mom is actually secretly a spy. Who's out to kidnap kids for her crazy boss?" Draxum panics.

"You worry too much. They'll be fine. Leo can protect Don from any scary thing that may happen. Just sit down and relax. I'll put on your favorite movies." Splinter leads the goat down to sit with him.

"But it's hard to not worry. After all I've had to be protective, ever since- uh, I got him at the adoption place. Through normal and not crazy lab ways at all." Drax quickly covers his tracks.

"For years it's always just been me and Donna. They're so shy and reserved. Ever since we got to New York it feels like Don has finally got some friends and might not need me any more." The goat sighs.

"And I'm sure they care about Don as much as you do. They'll always need ya but sometimes you just need to give kids some space." Splinter pulls him in for a hug on his lap.

"Oh, maybe you're right. Thanks for listening." Drax kisses the rat.

"That's what I'm here for." Splinter kisses back. Then he puts on the movie.

Meanwhile, in the desert. The gang was looking for the secret base.

"Phew, that was a close one. I was sure my dads would freak out if they knew we lost Don." Leo lets out a breath.

"Don't worry. We'll get Don back before they know it." Raph assured.

"There it is. The E.P.F hidden base." August stops them to point at the headquarters.

"How do you know so much about this? Can't your secret agents or whatever help us." Raph wonders out loud.

"No, they can't... Not anymore." August mutters as he looks away.

"What do you mean?" Leo question.

"Look I don't want to talk about it ok." August brushes it off.

"Need a tissue?" Mikey offered from behind.

"Ah, thanks but- Wait what are you doing here!?" August and the rest were shocked to see the box turtle there.

"Oh, I was camping and my tent got ripped during the rain. Got lost looking for the city." Mikey explained.

"What, you're homeless!? Oh this will not do. You must live with me and Big Mama." Raph grabs Mikey in a tight bear hug.

"I'm not homeless. Just need some duct tape to fix my tent." Mikey tries to get out of the hug.

"Shh, it's ok. I'm here for you." Raph coos softly.

"Whatever you say, 'new brother'." Mikey just gives up and goes along with it for now.

"Cool, now that that's settled. Enough fooling around! Let's move people!" Leo barks out.

"Trust me. I want to crush the skulls of the jerks that took Don as much as you do but we need to be careful. So here's the plan." August begins to explain.
