Now we are at a hiking trail
Always a beautiful view, without fail
The clouds are gray and sad
But this makes us energetic and glad
The clouds begin to weep
A steady pace we still keep
We walk through dirt and mud
Every wet step give a squish or thud
To each side is endless nature
Seeing it a million times will still stop for a picture
The greens and browns are occasionally specked in red
Only a couple leaves at this season falling dead
The red leaves already on the dirt, grounded
Packed in evenly with the ground from being endlessly pounded
These are views I only appreciate with your eyes
Without you everything I see here dies
The browns, greens, and occasional red
All views, that without you, from my soul would be bled
This world in my eyes exists because of us
I know sometimes to describe it I make a fuss
But it is true
You bring to life this view
My eyes only see beauty because of the most perfect color, rock, mineral, human
Amber
