We came to a dead end on our "brilliant" plans. Chloe and I had no idea what boys liked, and Rachel had way too many ideas that they were so unreal.

"So nine of us know what guys like.... And none of us have skills on beauty." We all nodded our heads slowly. A brilliant idea popped into my head.

I jumped out of my seat and yelled excitedly, "Hey what If we could talk to a guy to ask him what guys like?!"

"That's a great idea... But what guy is gonna talk to us about that." Rachel said matter of factly. Chloe and I looked at each other and smirked at the same time.

"Call your brother!" I yelled to Rachel.

"What?!" Rachel said really confused.

"Just I've me your phone." I mumbled as I swiftly grabbed Rachel's phone out of her hand. Before she could react I was already searching through her contacts for him. His name is Jason....right?

Finally I found the name and quickly clicked on him and the little phone next to his name. As soon as it started to ring I put it on speaker so the girls can hear.

"I'm still confused, why on earth are we calling my brother?!?" Rachel exclaimed.

"So we can get some advice on what guys like." Chloe explained to Rachel. I was afraid he wouldn't answer but to my luck I heard the clicking noise.

"Hello?"

"This is-"I started but cut off by Rachel who took the phone.

"Jason, we just really need to talk to you about something. Don't talk, just answer the questions." Rachel said sternly.

"Ok, sure..." Jason said sounding creeped out.

Chloe and I got closer to the phone and Chloe spoke first.

"Umm, well, um, how do I put this... What do guys like?"

All we heard was a long laughing fiasco on the other side of the phone.

"HelloOoOo? Earth to Jason, this is serious!" Rachel yelled.

"Ya like. What do guys like about girls? Like clothing-wise?" I said kinda feeling embarrassed of the question but we really need to know if we want the plan to work.

Jason let out a slow sigh/noise when he was done laughing. He cleared his throat before saying, "okay sorry. So clothing. Um I can't really speak for all guys but I guess showy? But not like a slut showy-" he was cut off when Rachel screamed so loud that I thought her head might explode inside and fall off.

"Rachel!" Chloe and I shushed her at the same time.

"Oops sorry. You can keep talking Jason."

"Okay as I was saying, showy but not too showy. Ummmm, tight-ish clothes. But mainly just be confident and confident about yourself and don't be too cocky I guess."

"Great." I grinned.

"Ok is that all?" Jason asked awkwardly.

"Yep, that's i-"

"Wait. No. Can u come by for... Let's say two weeks?" Rachel said grinning at us. I looked at Chloe who had a horrified look on her face. I could practically see the gears spinning in Rachel's head. Oh godddddd.....

"Um yes why?" Jason said even more confused.

"Can you come visit? I need you for something! Please? It's really important!" Rachel pleaded.

"Ugh finnnnnnnneeeeeeeee" Jason dragged out the "fine" for at least 30 seconds, which may sound short but it's actually really long.

I just realized that Chloe hasn't been talking much. That's strange... Normally she'd be the one to blurt out in front of a boyfriend and girlfriend when they're together "he's cheating on you" so I don't know why she's not talking now.

I looked over at Chloe and noted that she was looking down with wide eyes. "Chloe? Chloe!" I said to her while Rachel and Jason babbled on about sleeping/staying arrangements.

"Ya." She said barely looking up.

"What's wrong?" I said really concerned.

"I think..." Chloe's voice sounded different. Like lighter and it sounded like the voice when someone's about to throw up or something. Just really nervous.

"What? Chloe it's ok. If you don't want to talk about it then it's ok."

"No I think I should tell you."

"Oooook. Tell me what?"

"I" I waited for a moment, the only thing in the background being Rachel and Jason's voices talking back and forth.

"I think Jason is my mate." She said in a quiet voice.

*Smack!* we both looked over to Rachel who had dropped her phone. "Oh my god!" She yelled. Yes.

Oh goodness. Things just got more complicated.
