Chapter 10

The next day Jungkook woke up from his deep sleep, he stopped his alarm and opened his eyes slowly, he didn't see Jin beside him and he sat himself down on the bed to stretch and brush his messy hair while yawning he was shocked to see Jin crouching at the end of the room while lowering his head.

"Jin? Are you okay?" Jungkook said and Jin raised his head.

"Oh morning," Jin said.

"Morning, what's wrong? Why are you there?" Jungkook said.

"I was afraid to shock you if I lay there so here I am," Jin said.

"Oh you can lay here if you want, you must be tired like that," Jungkook said.

"I can't even feel anything after death," Jin said.

"Oh I'm sorry," Jungkook said.

"It's okay Jungkook," Jin said, he got up and sat on the bed.

"Are you ready to come with me all day?" Jungkook said and Jin just nodded.

"Maybe you can tell me if you know someone it would be very helpful right?" Jungkook said.

"Yes," Jin said.

For the first time after he died, Jin followed a human. He never does that because it's very tiring, he really can't feel tired but he will feel as if his energy is drained if he tries to connect with humans.

Arriving in front of Jungkook's office, his feet stopped and he remembered something, Jungkook, who was wearing earphones in his ears at that time, could freely talk to Jin without having to be seen as a madman.

"What is it?" Jungkook said.

"Do you work here?" Jin said.

"Yes, what's wrong?" Jungkook said.

"I came here with someone once," Jin said.

"Who?" Jungkook said.

"I don't know, I don't remember," Jin said.

"Come on, I'll be late if we're still here," Jungkook said and they walked back into the building.

Jin tries to remember what happened back then, but he doesn't remember it clearly. When Jin and Jungkook got out of the elevator they went through the corridor to go to Jungkook's room.

"Morning Jungkook," Someone greeted Jungkook and made Jin's footsteps stop when he saw the man.

When the man passed by Jin's side, the memory suddenly appeared in his head and made Jin cry. He clutched his chest because he didn't know why he could feel that pain again.

Meanwhile, Jungkook who thought Jin was following him was confused when he was already at his desk. He looked around but couldn't find Jin.

"What is it? What are you looking for?" Taehyung said.

"Ah no, I think I left something," Jungkook said and he immediately came out of the room to look for Jin, but he saw Jin was still in the same place. Crying while holding his chest.

"Jin, what happened?" Jungkook whispered and kept looking around to make sure no one saw them.

"He... who is he?" Jin said.

"He? Who?" Jungkook looked right and left but no one was there.

"The man who greeted you, who is he?" Jin said and looked at Jungkook.

"Oh he's Hoseok, why?" When Jungkook said that name, Jin felt even more pain in his chest. Jungkook saw Jin squeezing his chest and worried him.

"Jin what's wrong? Are you okay?" Jungkook said.

"I remember, I remember who he is," Jin said and suddenly Jin disappeared, leaving Jungkook confused.

"Jin...where are you going?" Jungkook whispered and looked for where Jin had gone, but he didn't have time to play around there, he had to go back and do his work.

When Hoseok came and sat beside him, Jungkook turned to look at him, he didn't know what Jin meant, or what happened between Jin and Hoseok, but it felt like something was wrong.

"Hoseok," Jungkook said.

"Hmm?" Hoseok turned to Jungkook.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" Jungkook said.

"Oh, are you always like this? do you like me?" Hoseok said.

"Ah no, I mean I just want to know something, I have to ask someone who already has a boyfriend," Jungkook said.

"Oh, no, actually I don't know if I and him broke up or not, but he just disappeared, so yes I'm single now, but you can ask me anything because I have experience," Hoseok said.

"Disappear? What do you mean he disappeared?" Jungkook said.

"Ah I don't like to talk about that," Hoseok said and he returned to his work as well as Jungkook who looked back at his computer before looking at the photo beside it.
