Chapter 11

It was lunchtime, and Jungkook was still at his desk as one by one his team left for lunch. Jungkook saw Jimin there, he knew maybe he could ask him something.

"You can sit here if you want," Jungkook said and Jimin walked over to him, he sat on Hoseok's chair.

"I will help you, but you have to help me too," Jungkook said.

"What can I do? I'm in a coma," Jimin said.

"But you know something I don't know," Jungkook said.

"About what?" Jimin said.

"Hoseok," Jungkook said.

"Oh trust me you wouldn't want to know who he is," Jimin said.

"Why?" Jungkook said.

"He's not what he seems, I don't know what's going on between him and my husband, but I found his messages on my husband's phone, and that made my relationship with my husband worse," Jimin said.

"Your husband? Is this man in the photo your husband?" Jungkook said.

"No, that's my brother, my stepbrother, we live together, but after I got married and moved to a new house, he was hard to contact," Jimin said.

"Wait, what's your brother's name?" Jungkook said.

"Park Taemin, do you know him?" Jimin said.

"Oh no, and what's your husband's name?" Jungkook said but before he could say his husband's name, he heard the sound of the door opening and Taehyung came into him.

"Oh, you're still here? Don't you rest? Aren't you hungry?" Taehyung said.

"Ah, I still have a lot of work, I have to finish one design today," Jungkook said.

"Do you want me to help you?" Taehyung said.

"Oh that's okay, I can do it myself," Jungkook said and Taehyung returned to his desk.

He saw Jimin disappear from the room, Jungkook felt that there was something strange there, and he was sure that either Jimin knew the answer or he had to figure it out himself.

When he got home, Jungkook looked for Jin in the room and he saw Jin there. Not crying but he looks sad.

"Jin, what happened? What do you remember?" Jungkook said, he walked over to Jin on the bed and sat beside him.

"I saw him there," Jin said.

"What do you mean?" Jungkook said and Jin looked at him with teary eyes.

"Hoseok, I saw him there when Yoongi stabbed me," Jin said and Jungkook was shocked to hear that.

"What?" Jungkook said.

"I don't know why he was there, but he didn't do anything when Yoongi stabbed me, he just stood behind Yoongi and-"

"Enough Jin, you don't need to say anymore," Jungkook took Jin in his arms, making Jin surprised. Jungkook's warm body made him comfortable, a comfort he hadn't found so far.

He died in a void, something was missing from him, he only missed the warmth of home, but he couldn't find it.

"Jungkook," Jin said.

"Hmm?"

"You are very warm and I like it, I haven't felt this warmth in a long time," Jin said with his tears flowing.

"Then stay like this," Jungkook said.

"Thank you Jungkook," Jin said.

Jungkook's heart was so broken at that time, he didn't know why, but hearing what Jin said seemed to bring him into the pain that Jin was feeling, and hugging him at that time made his heart flutter.

Jin's body was very cold but strangely he liked it, he felt that a hug was what Jin needed all this time.

"Jin," Jungkook let go of his hug from Jin and looked at him.

"Hmm?"

"Do you know Jimin?" Jungkook said.

"Jimin? No, why?" Jin said.

"Oh nothing, he's also one of my team, I replaced him because he was in a coma due to an accident, he came to the office to ask for my help finding who hit his car at that time and he discussed something about Hoseok," Jungkook said.

"Oh I'm sorry, What does he know about Hoseok?" Jin said.

"I think Hoseok has a relationship with his husband," Jungkook said.

"Oh god, then you have to help him, maybe the accident has something to do with Hoseok," Jin said.

"Do you think so?" Jungkook said.

"Yeah, anything can happen, right? I once came to your office to meet him, and that's when I found out that Yoongi did have a relationship with him," Jin said.

"Do you know Park Taemin?" Jungkook said.

"Taemin? Ah, that name is familiar to me, but I can't remember anything about him, what's wrong?" Jin said.

"He's Jimin's stepbrother, it's very strange because I asked Hoseok, does he have a boyfriend or not and he said he has a boyfriend but their relationship can't be called good because his boyfriend disappeared, then I asked Jimin about his brother and he said his brother is also difficult contacted since he got married and moved house, I thought maybe the boyfriend Hoseok was referring to was Taemin and there's something Jimin knows about the two of them and that's why Hoseok did it if he did it," Jungkook said.

"What if he's just a viewer?" Jin said.

"What do you mean?" Jungkook said.

"I know Yoongi cheated behind my back and Yoongi killed me, he was there when Yoongi did that, and if this is a pattern, what if it's not Taemin but Jimin's husband? He's the one that hit Jimin's car and Hoseok is just watching him, making sure what he wants is done properly," Jin said.

"Wait, that makes sense, but we can't just accuse Hoseok without proof," Jungkook said.

"Yeah, you're right, ah it's past dinner time, take a shower and make dinner for yourself," Jin said.

"Are all the ghosts this affected?" Jungkook said.

"No, just me," Jin said and smiled at Jungkook.

"Just do it for me," Jungkook said and he stroked Jin's cheek before going to the bathroom, making Jin speechless, he held his cheek and felt a pounding in his chest.

It's weird, but it's like he's back to being human when he's with Jungkook.
