Chapter 4

Someone says you'd make a cute couple

Harry

Hermione said it at breakfast. Harry chokes on his drink and stares at Hermione with his jaw dropped. He's pissed that she embarrassed him.

"NO! Never!"

You look at him hurt and he realizes he offended you.

"I mean...."

You angrily storm off.

"This is just brilliant."

He debates on if he should just admit his crush now. He doesn't have the chance to speak fast enough before you storm off. He groans, angry at himself and Hermione. He just ignores June when she scolds him.

Ron

Again, Hermione said it. Ron looks between you and Hermione in disbelief. He coughs awkwardly with a shy smile.

"Y-you think?"

His cheeks were red and he looks down at his food and chuckles nervously and doesn't say anything else about it. He stuffs his mouth with food so he literally can't say anything more. It's quite obvious he likes you at this point that he likes you. Hermione and Harry look at knowingly.

Draco

You and him were walking down the corridor and a random person saw you.

"Oh, are you two......?"

Draco stopped in his tracks, looked at the person with wide eyes and scoffed.

"Of course not! What a silly question! Me? And her? Ugh."

He overdoes the discusted act.

"Sorry! You guys just look really cute together."

This comment made his mouth hang open and he got a little flustered. He refused to look at you and started stuttering but still tried to act superior.

"You.....you can't just s-say that to people! Bug off before I-"

He shook his head.

"Come on Y/N."

He aggressively pushes past them and ushers you to follow while muttering about how unbelievable people are while he still refuses to look at you.

Cedric

You and Cedric are laughing with each other, sitting closely in the Hufflepuff common room.

"Oh you two are so cute!" Dahlia said.

Cedric blushes and looks at you with a smile.

"She's right."

He smiles wider when he sees you're blushing. He shifts closer to you and you both hold intense eye contact. You both start laughing again and go back to whatever you were doing but he'll bring up the comment over and over again when you two hang out.

Neville

He was showing some of his plants and explaining qualities they had when Leslie walked by.

"Aw, you two look so cute." She  said.

Neville's face became as bright as a red Christmas light and she teased him about it. He thanked her for the compliment. You giggled at his nervousness, and thought it was cute.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Did you not want me to accept it, I'm sorry if y-"

"It's fine, Neville. It's cute how you get flustered so easily."

That made his face ever redder. You asked a question about on of the plants to get back on topic and that comment stayed in the back of his head all day. He got flustered whenever he thought about it.

George

You and George are in the common room and he's tickling you.

"Oh you two are so cute together!" Lavender commented as she walked by.

George and you both stop. Fred, Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny start laughing to themselves because it's so obvious to everyone but the both of you. George awkwardly coughs and helps you off the floor.

"Sorry 'bout that."

You both strainen your clothes. He refuses to look at you and tells everyone else to shut up. He low key smiles when you're not looking. He holds onto that comment and thinks about it A LOT and smiles when the comment pops up in his mind.

Fred

You two were giggling in the hallway together.

"Alright you two, no matter how cute you surely are together, you must both go to your classes before you're late!" McGonagall said. (She lowkey ships it)

Fred gasps at McGonagall. He gives you a cheeky look and winks.

"We're very cute, aren't we?"

McGonagall rolls her eyes and leaves.

"Ya' know, my mum says the same thing about us." He whispers in your ear with a laugh.

"Recon these people may be right. The masses have spoken."

He winks again and practically skips to class, leaving you there, dumbfounded. He will bring it up all the time now.

Oliver

You and him were arguing right in the middle of the pitch.

"They fight like an old married couple. Cute." Ginny said to Harry.

You two actually heard it and Oliver snapped his head to them, staring daggers at Ginny.

"Excuse me?"

"She's right, ya know." Harry mummbled.

"Yeah. I mean, look at you two of you." Raven agreed.

Oliver blinked then looked back at you.

"Anyway..."

He just continues your argument but it's now noticeably less heated. He steals glances at you throughout practice while thinking about what they said.

"They're not wrong." He thinks, nodding to himself.

Tom

You both were quietly studying in the library together.

"You must be quite special for Tom to invite you to study with him. Very cute." Madam Pince said.

Tom slowly looks up at her in discust and looks at you with a pointed glare.

"Don't start to think highly of yourself. You're nothing to me. You're just good at staying quiet while I study, unlike some others."

He shakes his head and looks back at his book. He worries himself about her comment and really hopes he's not getting actual feelings towards you.
