'They were suppose to hate eachother'

-Two Forbidden Romances-

"J-Jungkook, can you sleep with me tonight?"

The question makes the raven furrow his brows, turning towards the blonde as he finishes placing his blanket on the couch.

"What?" He asks, looking at the boy when Jimin only blushes, looking like he already regrets asking the question.

He'd already tucked Jimin in. Getting the boy cleaned up and changed, and then putting him to bed with a kiss on the forehead. The only problem was.. Jimin wanted more.

He wanted Jungkook to hold him, especially after what they'd just done.

"I just thought.. maybe we could sleep in the same bed." The boy offers, stumbling over his words when Jungkook breaks eye contact at the question.

The silence makes Jimin's stomach clench.

"I don't know if that's a good idea Jimin.." Jungkook says with hesitation, scratching the back of his head when Jimin's eyes snap up.

Jungkook doesn't miss the hurt in them.

"T-That's fine, sorry I asked." The blonde says immediately, attempting to force a smile as he lays back down and turns his back away from the raven. "Goodnight." He chirps one last time, blinking away the gloss in his eyes before it can fall.

He was foolish. Jimin was so, so foolish.

He can't see Jungkook because his position, but he can practically feel the raven stare at him for a few moments longer.

He should've known it would be too much to ask for. Hobi had told him from the beginning that Jungkook wasn't intimate, and the raven had made it clear that there was a line between friendly and romantic.

Without knowing, Jimin was emotionally starting to cross that line.

Jungkook had said friends could kiss, touch, but he never said they could sleep together. Hold eachother..

Jimin was a fool, Jungkook wasn't. That's why their arrangement was so simple for Jungkook, and yet so difficult for Jimin.

The boy wasn't meant for a life without love.

And when the light's finally turn off, completely blinding him from the man behind him, Jimin chooses to let his tears fall, cascading down his rosy cheeks and staining the pillow below him.

Jungkook's pillow.

They only stop when all of a sudden he feels the bed dip beside him, his backside filling with warmth and a minty scent that only Jungkook can offer. The blonde tries to be subtle as he turns around, staring with wide eyes at the large figure in front of him.

Jungkook says nothing, only pulling the blanket up so it can cover him and he can scoot towards Jimin.

He knew he couldn't give it a name, because the moment he did he would have to put an end to whatever this was. However, for tonight he could give Jimin what he wanted.

Perhaps he could want it too..

He stays at an arms length, keeping the distance innocent, friendly. He makes sure to keep a distance so that he isn't tempted to touch Jimin, but he also could offer the warmth the blonde secretly wanted.

It was friendly, just friendly. Yet Jungkook couldn't help but find humor in the words.

Friends shouldn't know the way your lips feel. They shouldn't want to feel every part of your body until they've made they're own personal map of you. Friends was a pathetic word, and yet Jungkook still used it to mask whatever this was.
