Chapter 61- That was near. Very near..

Beth's POV:

Well, I was playing my favorite game, 2048. This game is particularly old. But it can be addicting. But, mom interrupted my game.

"Beth, prepare your bags. We're gonna leave na. By, 5 pm, we need to leave the resort, going to the airport now." Mom tapped my shoulder. Yet, ruined the game.

"Okay mom. Have you seen Jk?" I asked. I had to reset my game again. It got ruined. "Yes. He is preparing his backpack now. I told him na to prepare." Mom.

"Also Darren. So, both of them are fixing their bags by this time now. You need to move now. Better stop playing, whatever game your playing.." Mom closed my phone. Oh come on.

"Mom. Seriously now.. I have to repeat and repeat my game?" Me. She laughed and went away.

JK's POV:

Now, Me and Darren we're preparing our stuff now. It was very quiet. He threw every picture that they had with Twittle. I had to break the silence.

"Bro, okay ka lang? You we're quiet kanina pa. Since we started packing.." Me. "Nope. I'm not fine. You see, something really went wrong awhilago." Darren. I need to know this.

"What is it?" While I place my t-shirt in my backpack. "I almost committed suicide-" Darren.

"What?! Your crazy!" Me. I looked at him, as if he really did something bad. But he did, he really did something bad. I can't belive.

He almost committed suicide?

What the hell?

"But, Beth made me stop.." He added. "But. Even though! What if, she wasn't there? Yah. Thanks to her, you we're saved." Me.

"Yah. I said sorry dude." While Darren zipped his bag.

"Hey guys! So, how are you both doin? Yeah. My mom forced me to pack my stuff right now." Beth opened the door. Darren, had a walkout.

Everyone became silent again.

"I-I don't understand! Why is he mad?" While Beth grabbed her bag and got her things. I decided to pat her shoulder. "Don't worry, later.. Everything is gonna be alright." I explained her.

"Is it my fault?" Beth asked. "Nope. He is just confused about everything at the moment. He will just solve it soon. Maybe he needs to think about it." I explained.

"Oh. Ok.." Beth.

"I can't wait to go back to Manila! Omg! We're going to the carnival riiighht?" Beth screamed. That was a bad idea to scream. Oh well :)

"Haha. Wala pa nga tayo sa plane. Then you keep thinking about it! ;)" I winked at her. "Oh, for a girl like me, haha. It has been years since I didn't go for a tour in a carnival. The last time I went was like when I was four." Beth.

"We all went there. Because it was my birthday." Beth closed her bag. "Oh really now?" I grabbed Beth's back and our faces we're ready for a kiss.

But Beth's mom was knocking at the door. So, we we're forced to stop for a second. Beth, ran again to her bag. Pretending that she was still fixing her bag.

"So everyone? Are you done?" Beth's mom asked. "Yes mom! I-I think Darren is in the bathroom.. I guess." Beth replied to her.

"Okay. I was just checking on you guys." Her mom said. While closing the door.

Woah. That was very close!
