As Y/N and the platoon were finishing up their mission, one of the other platoon members began to chat with Y/N in a flirtatious way. Aiello noticed the interaction and felt a rush of jealousy. He walked up to Y/N and put his arm around her in a protective manner, subtly distancing her from the other soldier.
Y/N and the soldier had been chatting amiably for some time when Aiello started to notice that the soldier was becoming more and more flirty with Y/N. Aiello became more clingy towards Y/N and he put his arm around her in a protective manner. He kept an eye on the soldier, he watched closely as he noticed the soldier laughed at everything Y/N said and made constant eye contact with her.
Aiello was starting to feel more and more jealous of the soldier's attention towards Y/N and his clinginess towards her was becoming more and more obvious. As the conversation between Y/N and the soldier continued, Aiello gradually became more and more clingy towards Y/N. Every time she laughed or smiled, he got closer to her, trying to make sure that she was safe and protected.
He kept an eye on the soldier with increasing jealousy and he grew increasingly protective of Y/N as the conversation progressed. By the end of the conversation, he was standing next to Y/N, constantly rubbing her arm and hugging her from behind out of pure possessiveness and jealousy.
Y/N was somewhat puzzled by Aiello's overly protective behavior. While she did appreciate his concerns, she felt like he was taking things too far and seemed to be constantly monitoring and keeping her away from others. Y/N decided to confront Aiello about his behavior in order to get some clarification on why he was being so jealous and obsessive. She mustered up all of her courage and asked him, "Why are you being so clingy and possessive?"
Aiello seemed to have a plausible explanation for his behavior. He explained that he just wanted to make sure that she was safe and protected. Y/N appreciated his devotion and concern, but she couldn't help but wonder if there was more to Aiello's behavior than just protection. She wasn't sure what to make of the situation and how to proceed. As the conversation continued, Aiello tried to reassure Y/N that he wasn't trying to control or hurt her, but that he just wanted to make sure she was safe and ok. Y/N was still confused but was glad for the clarification.
