[ set in Langa's pov (but it's actually 3rd pov)]

"I forgot to mention, I sorta kinda maybe invited all the others" Reki confessed as they made a quick turn around a corner

"you what???!!!" Langa turned to him "i thought this day was just for usss..." he slouched back (still standing up) on his board, sighing and slightly hurt by the confession but hiding it well.

"aGHH I KNOW I KNOW!! But Miya wouldn't stop pestering me about it, so i gave in and then Joe n Cherry showed up and asked to as well!!!! I didn't wanna be rude n decline..."

"Ah... wait what about Shadow? Did he not show up?"

"I asked the same thing to the others when they appeared outta nowhere, but they said he needed to work today or something" they both made another sharp turn

"That seems fair enough I guess,, so where are we meeting the others up?"

"The skate park!!" Reki smirked at Langa, causing his cheeks to flush a bit

"I see them!" Langa slowed down on his board as he approached the three.

"Wh- you're slowing down already?? We can barely see them!!" Reki watched as Langa's board slowed down, meanwhile his was actually getting faster.

"Well yeah, I don't wanna crash into them if I accidentally speed up. Besides, they're not that far now, see?" He pointed towards them

Reki laughed,, "Whatever!! This is an opportunity to show everyone a cool new trick I've been working on anyway!!"

This piqued Langa's interest, "Go on, then.. but don't get-" before he could finish his sentence, Reki had zoomed off towards the more larger ramps in the park "-hurt."

"Well look who finally decided to show up!" Joe shouted, holding a hand up towards the skating boy but was left speechless once he skated up the side of the ramp and half backflip over all three of them, upside down.

"I-IM DOING IT!! LANGA, IM DOING IT!!!!" Reki cried happily in his direction, but he was too focused on impressing Langa to realise he was about to fall head-first onto the ground

"REKI YOU'RE GONNA FALL" He rushed towards him "WHY ARE YOU GUYS JUST STANDING THERE??? GET HIM???" Langa skated almost as fast as he did against Adam to protect Reki from getting injured. [ its not supposed 2 be this dramatic but oh well deal with it 😋 /JJJ...] Since Miya was the closest, he made an attempt to catch Reki but he was to short and.. well not as strong as joe, who was at the other side of Cherry and too slow to do anything. Before Miya could actually reach his arms out further to catch him, Reki was already in Langa's arms.

Before Langa let Reki go, they shared a few seconds of eye contact which made them both blush,,

"Ugh Stop being gay, guys" Miya said, rolling his eyes

"Reki isn't gay, Miya." Langa dropped Reki, startled by what he has just said

{ R } "Yeah.."

{ M } "whatever let's just go"

{ L } "Be more careful next time."

{ R } "Huh??"

"What you did, it was really cool.. but please pay attention to where your going next time" Langa averted his eyes from Reki, trying to hide his pink face

"WAAA!! You really think so??!!!" Reki turned to him with stars in his eyes, happy he managed to impress him

"Uh-huh" Langa turned back to him with a smile "Why did you decide to learn something like that though?"

"to.. toimpressyou...."

"What? Sorry you were mumbling"

"T-TO IMPRESSJOE...?" Reki blurted out the first name he could think of that was closest to "you". Joe had overheard this and turned back, slightly confused but with joe being joe he flexed his muscles and smirked,,

"Who wouldn't try n impress me?? Plus it actually worked (apart from the bit at the end) so bonus points for you!"

"Ugh You're so full of yourself, you gorilla." (Aimed at the first half of his sentence) Cherry groaned, a slight blush on his cheeks

"You stay out of this, Kaoru!" The two ended up arguing again

"Another lovers quarrel, i see~" Miya teased as he stepped in between them both, playing on his switch

"SHUT UP YOU-" Joe's face suddenly went bright red, along with Cherry's

Reki and Langa were a few steps behind, laughing at all three of them argue. Every now and then Langa would glance at Reki, hoping he would find him staring again but he didn't. It was still heavenly watching Reki smile and make all those silly expressions

[ lolz i cant b bothered writing their entire day so js imagine they went skating at some place for a while joke here joke there then they went for dinner hooray food yippee and then they went home (Miya was a fifth wheel)]
