Sunset.
Ponyboy's POV:
It was Saturday, it was maybe almost 10. I woke up at 9:00 earlier. Sodapop was the first one to wake up, so he had to to make breakfast. Darry woke up at 8:28. Sodapop woke up at 8:00 or something I don't know.
Breakfast was ready on the table when I walked into the kitchen, I saw darry and soda at the table eating, they looked over and saw me "Hey Pony! Did ya sleep well?" Soda said."Good morning, and yeah I slept well what about you?" I asked, "Yeah, I slept well" he said and smiled, I smiled back and nodded "what about you Darry?" He looked up from his plate "Yes, I slept good" he said and looked back down at his plate again
(Time skip)
It was 1:45pm. I was sitting on my bed in my room, I was reading some book I found in my room.
(Another time skip LMAO)
It was now 2:15 maybe? I putted the book down. I stood up, I felt like watching the sunset, the sunset began in a few hours, I wanted to watch it with Johnny and to hang out with him, I'll go see if he wants to hang out. I left my room and saw darry in the kitchen washing the dishes, "Hey, Darry? Can I go out and see if Johnny wants to hang out?" Darry turned his head and stared at me for a few seconds "Sure but, be careful" he said. I nodded "Yeah, yeah, thanks" I then opened the front door and walked out and closed the door behind me.
Johnny's POV:
I was walking around with Dally around town. We began to walk to the lot to smoke, I then saw Ponyboy. "Hey Pony!" Dally shouted, Ponyboy tured, I guess he didn't see us, "Oh hey Dal! Hello Johnny" he said as he ran up to us. "Hello" I said quietly, I never really talked, and when I did I didn't talk much, I talked a little more around Ponyboy. "I was just looking for you Johnny" Pony said, I gave him a confused look, "I was wondering if you wanted to hang out" Pony said, I looked at Dally, he looked at me back, and thought for a few seconds "Sure go ahead, I don't care" He said. "Thanks, Dal" I said, he nodded.
(ANOTHER time skip)
Ponyboy's POV:
Me and Johnny were watching the sunset, Johnny was standing besides me, I was enjoying the sunset, we were both silent "Sunset is beautiful, ain't it?" I asked braking the silence, he didn't say anything, he never really talked, he didn't talk much around the gang either, he would sometimes talk more to me, Dally, and, Soda. Johnny liked soda because of how nice he was. Johnny just nodded "It is" he said. I turned to look at him, he looked back, I smiled, he gave a small smile back. Our hands were close, so I decided to try and hold his hand.. I slowly wrapped our fingers together, he didn't say anything and watched me.
We were holding hands now, I was slightly blushing, so was Johnny, If I'm going to he honest, I've liked Johnny for a while. He just had some good looks y'know? And a great personality, sure he didn't talk much but still.
I was still smiling, "I love you" I heard Johnny say, I turned to looked at him, my smile grew wider, he stared back "I love you too" he smiled. We then looked back at the sunset.
