Alpha Liam's POV
   Immediately I entered the ballroom,I new my mate was here,she smelled like fresh  breeze of the beach, apple pie scent,mixed with honey and I think sugar.
The smell was sweet and intoxicating, I already smelled her scent before in the forest,it was so beautiful ,she has the best scent ever. I turned and saw a lady in the far path,I approached and immediately she saw me approaching she ran, I was confused for some time but I regained myself and ran after her but couldn't find her. Leon was howling and whimpering in my head.
"Calm down buddy, I'm sure we'll meet her again, no one would miss today's party remember" I told him

" But she hasn't even met us, she just ran from us, is she scared??,why would she be ,I hope we see her tonight man" Leon kept howling in my head

"I also hope I see her tonight" I thought

I quickly searched for her, because of the different smell of everyone it became difficult to find her, even though her scent was over all. So I let Leon my wolf take over my sense of smell, making my nose to lead me,I closed my eyes and I was walking amongst the crowd,but it seems everyone was making way for me even though I closed my eyes.
   I knew I was getting closer the moment the smell was getting more stronger,more intoxicating, then I opened my eye. Before me stood the back view of a lady,she has the most beautiful shape I've ever seen,her clothes were strapped on her well,she also has the most long hair I've ever seen,a brunette hair,and her skin was milky brown, and I knew i was already in love with her with just seeing her back view. Then I heard her voice saying " I'll go get us something to drink" , geez ,her voice was like a sweet music in to me. As I moved closer to her ,she turned and bumped her head into my chest,I pulled her closer and smelled her hair, "Goddess she's my mate!!! ",Leon exclaimed in my head,

"Buddy calm down I'm also happy you know"I told him

"Well you're not as happy as I am" I could hear him giggling

Her friend  exclaimed and said  "Alpha"

Immediately she heard the word she froze..

And I said one word that made every turn to us "mate".

She was stiff and shaking.

I looked down at her and raised her chin up, immediately I saw her face, I was mesmerised, she's is the most beautiful woman I've seen in my life,my jaw dropped, Goddess this woman could be described as the goddess of beauty.
Her was a brunette, her hair was almost black ,she had pins  they were like crown, she has a pretty skin , and sky blue eyes

Wait!! Sky-blue eyes??

Firstly a brunette with blue eyes were rare come to talk of sky-blue!!

Secondly, she had two rings in her pupils, one deep blue and one golden

I was surprised with all this, then I remembered there is only one girl rumoured to have this characteristics, she was said to be an hybrid, a Witch and a werewolf's child , According to my father, he let her Live because her father was his beta and her mother was a person who helped him once.

    But the  day she was born,my father died and left only me in this cruel world and everyone rumoured it that this little baby caused it and that she was a curse, everyone said immediately someone dies in the pack ,she always gets more beautiful ,that she uses death for her beauty. I hated this girl even though I haven't met her and now I thought I loved her at first sight,
NEVER!!! I can't love her, she destroyed me, she caused my father's death, she was the witch who makes bad things happen in my pack

" Don't think that way man, you haven't even get to know her properly" Leon told me

" Don't you see, she's too pretty, extremely beautiful ,all those rumours are confirmed , she doesn't even have a wolf Leon, she's cursed ,she can't be my Luna" I retorted

  "Oh really, do it your way then, is it a sin to be pretty??, Do it Ur way man" and then Leon cut me off

"He'll come around later" I thought
And with that I squeezed her chin, she frowned and then she quickly removed my hands from her face

"Damn she's strong even for a girl without a wolf" I thought
I pushed away the thought and roared " Everyone get out, get out now"
Everyone ran out quickly , only her friend stayed, and with a growl from me, she bowed and left .

It remained me and her and then she spoke again
Even though her voice was tempting as hell, I had to resist it
" Alpha Liam, I'm sorry I think you're mistaken, I can't be your mate, I have to go now" she turned and I immediately grabbed her hand and turned her to face me.
" The Moon goddess might have paired us up, but I will never accept you, I just need you for being a Luna to avoid rumours of me rejecting you"

"You will never be my mate in my heart"I told her, threw her on the floor and walked out
