Week 4: Rin

"So Raph is seeing things, right?" Ikioi asked.

I was in the living room, stoking Oria's head as I began to worry about Raph's condition. Beside me was Ikioi with Lucario and Absol. We were talking about Raph since the aliens infected him and turned him into a krang zombie.

"Yes," I said. "He's talking about the Krang, Druun and Pielope and he wasn't acting like his cheerful self."

"I know. But I had feared what was becoming of Rapheal. He needs therapy so he can forget about the Krang and the infection," Splinter suggested.

I had been thinking about the same thing. Raph is sick. Really sick. Because of the Krang infection, he doesn't remember what happened like he hasn't met Celebi or how he got controlled as a Krang zombie. That was when Reika told me about the crack on Raph's birthmark. The crack is purple, long and looked like an infection of those who cursed them. It wasn't here before since all the Krang zombies had been killed and destroyed, so many lives taken.

I heard someone come in. I got up to leave the living room and while I made it in the main lobby. I saw Galaxy, all by herself at the entryway.

"Galaxy, what are you doing here?" I asked the alien female. "I thought you were at home with Nebula."

"Hi, Rin," said Galaxy. "I need to see Raph. Is he here?"

"He's not," I shook my head. "They left the city outside a few hours ago."

The comment made Galaxy gasp. "What? Oh, no. That's bad. The whole town is looking for the infected Krang."

"But he's better now," I said. Suddenly, I turned to my alien friend again. "Wait. Does everyone know that a few are still infected by the Krang?"

"I don't know why Raph is sick because I tried to reason with Nebula that it wasn't Raph's fault. Do you know what is wrong with his condition? I heard that you mentioned a purple crack on his birthmark. Can you tell me?"

I started to explain everything about what happened and how Raph's condition is getting worse, like his nightmares and how he was hallucinating, And he hasn't eaten and drank for days because he became weak by the minute. I told them how his mental state is spreading in his brain and he has been seeing Pielope.

"Let me get this straight," Galaxy recalled. "Raph is still infected from the Curse soul and krang infection because it is hurting him. And he is hallucinating about Pielope that Shira and Leo destroyed. Is that right?"

"Yeah. Except he is still suffering from Agnosia since the infection and still afraid of the real Pielope." Suddenly, my eyes perked up. "Wait. The bruise on his birthmark. Maybe it's the reason the Curse soul infected him. We got to warn my siblings about this, dad, our friends. He would be in critical danger."

"Tell him what?" Galaxy asked. "About the infection still inside his body?

"Yeah." I said. "Something like that. We have to hurry. They might be there by now."

We started to head outside and search for Raph and Reika. I know they might be around here somewhere but thanks to the tracking device in my brooch, It might be easier to find.

I think the park is a lot easier than I thought. Looking over, I saw Raph and Reika on the bridge, having time together. It looks like Raph is feeling a little better, although Galaxy told me about that crack mark.

"It sure is peaceful, huh?" he said to Raph from a distance.

"Yeah. I am glad that we got to spend time alone." said Reika. She had been holding Raph's hand as long as she wanted. Since then she muttered something that Raph's eye is looking better. She started to remove his bandage off his red eye. I saw that his scars are fading. leaving only a light line.
