Forever -Ghost x Reader

Years.

Once the boys had gotten the Intel, they had carried you out to the building, through the town and towards the exfil spot. after about 15 minutes of getting you to finally trust them that is. you were the boys met price at exfil. Prices eyes immediately went to your body that was in Ghosts arm. Soap jogs over to Price and explains everything. Prices confusion slowly leaving

Meanwhile, Ghost sets you down on a secure spot in the helo sitting next to you. you had fell unconscious when you went outside, due to the sun being to overwhelming. After about an hour they arrived at their temporary compound. the medics had met the group at the Landing zone and immediately rushed you to the Medical bay.

they had placed you under intensive care as you had suffered many blows to your body, you were also heavily dehydrated and malnourished. after a few days people were allowed to sit with you, even though you were in an induced coma.

For some odd reason, whenever Ghost got the chance, he always sat with you in the room. He wasn't exactly sure why he wanted to stay with you, but he knew it was the state you were in. he once was you. when he ran away from home, he was found by some people on the side of the road. he was taken to the hospital and spent 5 weeks there. he didnt have anyone back then. he didnt want you to experience the same thing.

After a few months, the doctors had managed to get your body back to a semi-healthy state. You were able to walk with support, and was able to finally talk, though you barely did. over the months you had been awake you had grown very friendly with all the boys, especially Ghost. even though he was quite cold around you, you knew he meant good.

for weeks on end, Ghost would go to prices office, at night, and pester him about trying to find your documents, see if there was anything about you in there. after a while, price eventually gave in and sent Soap and Gaz off to retrieve anything they could find about you. After 2 days they came back with 3 files.

File 1 had contained your name , age, address, birthday, parents, blood type and when you were taken.

File 2 has contained your experiments. How you reacted to them, how your body reacted to them. What type of experiments they did.

File 3. It was horrible. That horrible Price had stored it away in a safe. it was pictures. Pictures of what you looked like during and after the experiments. the last one was dated 2 weeks before they had arrived and found you.

Ghost felt so relieved to have found you after reading them.. When he read through the 2 files he was allowed to read, he wouldn't leave your side.

The others would visit you and help you get places as you weren't really supposed to be walking about alone. you had to have someone by your side if you wandered off.
Soap, Ghost and price were the main one who walked places with you while Gaz and roach watched movies with you.

once your heath had become stable and consistent , you were offered to be put into training. Obviously you agreed to it as you had admired the men around you, and wanted to be like them.
you wanted the adrenaline Soap always had spoke about. you wanted that rush.

As you were put into training you had only just turned 18. (you were 16 when they found you ) you started the basic military training with that years group. you hadn't seen 141 during that time except from when they could. you were always happy to see them.

What you weren't prepared for was when they boys were on proper missions, unable to talk, unable to write. during your rise in the military you barely say them. in fact..

you only saw them 3 times a year.

you would call them on the times they couldn't be there, other then that you'd see them in person on the holidays. by the time you were 21 you had only seen them 12 times. Every minute you enjoyed. but soon... the calls stopped. so did the meet ups. so did the texts. you just lost contact.
