" And where the hell was security?" the ebony haired CEO raged, " A whole abuse scene occurred in the premises of the building! And you're saying that those two aren't even employees of my company. Then what in the world were they doing here?!"

The CEO clutched his hair, releasing his agony. " I'm giving you one day to find out who was behind it, otherwise suit yourself with some other job," Taehyung warned the head of security and left for home.

His mind absolutely unsettled at the eerie happening which unfurled in his own company the day before.

But a mere smiling visage of the woman who owns his heart, his wife, placified his distraught mind.

He wondered about the relentless power and insane impact you possess  over his mind, soul and body!

The Kim's mansion

Taehyung's pov

Reaching home, a wave of ecstasy passed over me, witnessing the absolutely breathtaking view.

My wife, who never ceases to occupy my thoughts, was standing in the midst of the kitchen, with a whisker in one hand and a bowl in the other. Her loose strands falling out of her bun, were enriching the homely site.

Ma chérie!

I feel like I can look at her mesmerizingly captivating gorgeous eyes forever, without even feeling monotony for once!

What have you done to me, my yeobo?!

" Taehyung," the sweet dulcet voice which my heart always longs to listen make me snap back to reality, " Is your health okay? Otherwise you… home… this early?" 

" I— I thought you were all alone so—" I tried covering up the actual reason behind my unannounced office leave. I cannot afford to make her reminiscene the vicious memory of the yesterday's event.

" I'm perfectly fine, Mr. Kim. You didn't have to leave the work please," she remarked, perhaps feeling guilty of my unfinished tasks.

But who's gonna tell her that I can leave behind everything just to be able to spend a minute with her!

" And what if I wanted to?" I quirked a brow while using a playful and jovial tone, earning her sweet giggles in return. " Anyways, what's the special savoury you're gonna bless us with today, Chef Kim?" I asked her in a melodramatic manner that got me her subtle smile as a reward.

A blissful start for the day!

" Not savoury but a sweet pudding, Jeongyu's favourite!…" She announced, adding another reason for my admiration towards her.

She's such a loving  woman.

" May I join?" I asked a little hesitantly, fearing she might not appreciate my intrusion. She looked taken aback but her dainty features looked calm the very next second.
