"Congratulations, Jeonghan." Aerum handed him a bouquet, her smile warm and sincere.
"You...you look...very different."
"In a bad way or a good way?" she asked, chuckling.
"Both."
Aerum laughed. "I hope you're enjoying married life with Chan. That boy is really sweet."
"I know. I feel like I'm finally happy in life. He took care of me a lot after our divorce, and I'm grateful to him for that."
"We both are, and I'm glad about it," Jeonghan replied, nodding.
"Now, my brother-in-law, can I meet your husband...for once...please?"
"Aerum!" Seungcheol exclaimed, rushing over to hug her like a madman. Aerum giggled, hugging him back.
"Congratulations on your wedding. I'm happy for you two, oppa."
"So am I. Finally, you came back from your honeymoon, huh?" Seungcheol teased, making Aerum blush.
"You're all red now. Relax, I didn't tell you to make me an uncle already."
"How can you say that to your sister? I'm younger than you, after all."
Seungcheol groaned as he earned a smack on the chest from Aerum. "Honestly, I thought you might still be angry with us, but I'm really happy you came to our wedding. I thought it might be awkward for both of us, but I'm glad we are all so happy."
"Why wouldn't I come? Honestly, Jeonghan...he's a little oblivious and stubborn, and he keeps to himself, but he loves with his whole heart. He loves strong, wild, and passionately. I don't know why I'm saying this, but I thought I should let you know."
"I know, and I'm sorry for the whole drama. I know you have suffered a lot because of us."
"It's fine. You're his love, and my destiny was Chan. So, I would say it was actually good that we both got divorced. Now I gotta go and join my husband for a few drinks while you can plan your night with your husband." Aerum winked mischievously and left.
"Jeonghan said Aerum came. What did she tell you?" Joshua asked, panic clear on his face. Beside him were Seokmin and Mingyu, looking at Seungcheol's pale face.
"She changed so much, Shua. She just said that Jeonghan really loves me."
"She didn't say anything else? She wasn't angry?"
"She didn't seem to be, but she looked happy. She said the divorce was mutual, and she is happy with Chan in their married life."
"Then let's party, you bitch. You made such a face that made me panic af. Come and have some shots; Han is waiting," Joshua said, dragging his best friend to the bar. All of them were immersed in the celebration, not noticing two dark figures in a corner, keeping an eye on them.
"They may be married, but I won't let them have a happy life...never!"
The male figure smirked at the words of the mysterious lady in front of him. He knew she could burn Seungcheol and Jeonghan's whole world, and she would too, if needed. She was much more dangerous than Aerin Nicole Park; she was deadlier.
"Aerin!" Jeonghan jolted up from his sleep, his whole body drenched in sweat. His limbs were shaking, his pupils trembling in fear and anxiety. It felt like déjà vu, similar to the dream he had years ago. But this time, there were two mysterious people; the woman was with a man who seemed familiar to Jeonghan. Last time, parts of his dreams had come true. What if this was somehow related to their future? And what if the woman was none other than Aerin? Last time, it turned out to be her too. But he saw Seungcheol push her into the fire; they all heard her last screams.
