Cassidy's POV-

"You've got a hold on William, right?" Evan asks, the moment I step out of the room I put Susie in.

This bitch.

"Goddamn. Where did you come from?" I look around. I guess there's shadows everywhere. "The floor?"

He ignores me, "Right?"

"Yes, dumbass, obviously. How dumb do you think I am?" I ask.

"You don't want to know," Evan shrugs.

"I hate you, too." I sigh, "Is that all you're here for? Because one of the kids is bleeding, Fritz is being his usual self, Gabriel threw Fritz into a wall earlier, I just got Susie to stop crying, Charlie is here, Cindy doesn't know how to handle them, and I need to make sure they don't burn down the room. I have much better shit to do than to talk to you."

"When did Charlie get here?" Evan asks.

"A few minutes ago? Hell, if I knew." I shrug and start going back to the room everyone else is in. Evan follow's after me.

"C.C! Tell Cassidy I need to go to the ER!" Jeremy holds up his arm for Evan to see once we get into the room.

"Walk it off." Evan seems uninterested.

"You're right." Jeremy nods and starts walking in circles.

"Let me out of this corner!" Fritz yells.

"Charlie. Can I talk to you?" Evan sighs.

Charlie nods, glancing over at Cindy before walking out of the room with him.

Evan's POV-

"Evan." Charlie mumbles.

"Charlie." I don't like Charlie.

In fact, I hate her. Everything about her.

I think she hates me too.

"Look. I know you can sense certain energy's, and recognize them, and I'm in a situation where I need that right now." I sigh.

"Everyone seems to want something, as of recently." Charlie looks at the ground, "What do you need it for, anyway?"

"So, there's this boy," I sigh.

"Mmm. Of course." Charlie nods.

"Shut up and let me finish. He's human, and a demon is trying to possess him. Were trying to find out if it's William, or someone else." I explain.

Charlie looks away from the floor and at the walls, "Listen, I'm fine with helping you, but I don't want to get involved with anything. No matter who it is, William, or someone else, I don't want the drama."

"That's fine. I just need you to tell me who the demon is."

"Alright.. Where is this boy?" Charlie asks.

Cassidy peeks their head out the door, "Hey, Charlie, can you watch the kids for a moment? I'm gonna go to hell."

"Sure," Charlie sighs, "Sorry, Evan, I'll go to your room when Cass gets back and help you sort that out."

"Alright."
