Gregory's POV-

It's getting way worse.

I can hardly move around without falling over because I get too dizzy or lightheaded.

I want to go back to sleep, but my head hurts too much, and Evan won't do the spell thing again. It was very odd, because I don't remember much of it, he just told me to lay down, he put his hand on my forehead, and then I was sleeping.

I want that sleep back, because this headache is killing me.

Perhaps more so than I am really aware..

Is that what this is really doing?

Is that why I feel so sick?

I'm not ready to die.

"Do you want to try Excedrin? I don't think Tylenol is working." Evan asks.

"Maybe," I try to sit up, but immediately lay back down.

My head hurts so bad.

"Some fever medicine too?" Evan lays his hand against my forehead, "Have you tried asking it to go away?"

"What? You can do that?" I ask.

Evan nods, "Sort of. Usually demons strong enough to possess you can't be told to go away, but in a lot of cases, it can work."

"Go away demon." I wait a few moments, "I don't think it's working."

"Figures." Evan sighs, "I didn't think it would."

"Do we have sage sticks? You could smudge him," Goldie asks.

Evan sits down on the bed at my feet, "We don't."

"Hmm," Goldie crawls over to me on the bed. "How bad does it hurt, on a scale of one to ten. One being not at all, ten being the worst pain you've ever felt."

"Seven?"

"Okay," Evan takes a deep breath.

The other girl I had seen the one time behind the Pizza Plex, Charlie, I think her name was, enters the room.

"Charlie!" Goldie exclaims.

I was right. For some reason, I tend to remember names better than anything else.

"Hey, Goldie," Charlie smiles, shutting the door behind her and coming over to the bed beside me. "I haven't tried to read this for anyone, in a while, Evan."

"That's fine," Evan sighs.

"What's she doing?" I ask.

"Charlie can sense different energies of emotions or entities, which will help figure out who is doing this." Evan explains.

"Yeah," Charlie nods, sitting on the floor by the bed.

"Okay? Does it hurt?" I ask.

I really don't want it to hurt.

"It shouldn't," Charlie whispers, "Hey, I know you, from the Pizza Plex, right? You've gotten yourself into a mess, huh?"

I nod slightly, whispering back, "It's been worth it."

She smiles, "Finding the happiness in pain is very important.. This will be quick and shouldn't hurt, alright?"

"Okay,"

I don't feel anything but Charlie seems to be in pain.

It only takes a few seconds before she seems to relax slightly and back away from me, standing up.

"Evan," Charlie takes a deep breathe.

"What? Who is it?" Evan stands up.

Goldie frowns.

Charlie looks him in the eyes, "Cassidy. It's Cassidy."
