Lustre Media is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency under KQ Entertainment (KQ 엔터테인먼트). KQ acquired the label in 2019. They currently house the girl group POISE, and trainee group DIA Girls. Lustre was founded by Seo Heejun in October of 2018.
In 2020, it was decided that Lustre Media would house the survival show "STAR Talent" where they put together a group of trainees from different companies to show everyone that people can work together and get along.

Company Rules
Rule #1 :
• Trainees will not date until they have passed their rookie days. If they do date, they will not be punished as it is a part of life, but asked to keep it out of the public's eye and to inform the company.
Rule #2 :
• Trainees are allowed their phones only after they have managed their first win. Daily calls will be made available to family if wished before mobile phones are provided.
Rule #3 :
• All Trainees will need a parents consent form from ages 16-18 unless talked through with the company. We will only accept trainees above the age of 15, as we believe in letting children live a childhood. All trainees 19 and above are allowed no consent forms.
Rule #4 :
• Creative music freedom will be allowed after rookie years. For rookie years, the company will provide concepts and music, and these will be discussed with the members.
Rule #5 :
• Diets will only be distributed if the artists ask for them. A healthy diet is good, but a healthy body is better.
