A case for muscle power

Fanviva E-25 looked around, just like he had learned in P-78's crash course. It was the scene of a horrific murder, someone had turned K-36 into solid stone. Death was probably instantaneous because no one could survive something like that. There is no proof or motive, but E-25 is certain it was the traitor A-02. The shop was clean, no fingerprints that didn't belong to K-36. E-25 wasn't normally suited to such tasks, but when P-78 asked him to play detective, E-25 just couldn't say no. He's not really smart, but he's strong. In fact, he's the strongest when it comes to physical strength. Anyway, P-78 gave him a crash course in detective skills and now he has a murder to solve. E-25 decided to check the goods and now he found what he was looking for - a ENTE CPU, a transmitter and a safety shield were missing, these were not entered in the book. So the culprit was someone who either didn't have a version of ENTE or someone whose ENTE broke. Furthermore, all evidence pointed to A-02. He couldn't be sure unless he checked the teleporter though, so he ran. As he disappeared from the room, a figure dressed all in black fell from the ceiling and landed on their feet. The figure looked around, just as E-25 had done before, and found a security camera in the corner of the room. It whispered in a male voice, "I almost forgot to delete the videos from the surveillance cameras." Then he ran too. Arriving at the teleporter, E-25 removed the back panel and attached a screen, which immediately showed a list of all the people who had traveled on the teleporter over the past few days. He scrolled for several minutes and found what he was looking for, Fanviva A-02 was here in the crime period. He had the proof, but he didn't yet have a motive. Had the traitor just snuck in here to steal, or was there more to it. He wasn't sure, and he only knew of one place he might find answers: the Security Operations Center. So he made his way back to the Masked Mushroom, the base of operations for the Masked Council. He sprinted up the stairs and stormed into the camera room, which was oddly empty. E-25 immediately searched the camera system and found the day's footage he turned up the volume and listened. The first thing A-02 whispered was, "Now it's time to get my son back." Didn't he steal a ENTE CPU, what did that have to do with his son, E-25 wondered. Then he saw how A-02 entered the store, A-02 started: "Hey K-36, what's up a long time not seen!" K-36 replied: "Who are you again, we all look the same, that's why I'm asking." Fanviva A-02 replied: "It's T-63!" K-36 said: "Ah OK I thought you were A-02. That traitor..." A-02 looked devastated and blurted out, "Anyways, I'd like a ENTE CPU, a transmitter and a security jacket." P-78 walked in and wrapped his shoulder around A-02 : "Well, who are you?" A-02 answered nervously: "It's T-63." "Really?", P-78 asked and grabbed more tightly, "Aren't you just in the dry cleaners?" Fanviva A-02 tried to sound innocent when he said, "Yeah, but then I remembered I had to get something here." K-36 went back to get the parts and P-78 turned to A-02: "OK Stop the game, you know if another councilman caught you you would be arrested A-02." A-02 replied, "I know, but I really wanted to get my old friend back." P-78 asked, " ENTE?" A-02 replied: "Exactly." P-78 said: "Good but next time be more careful, ok?" Fanviva A-02 nodded: "OK." P-78 left the shop and K-36 came back to the front, he said, "That would be 37 coins then." "I don't think so," said A-02 and flicked K-36 to stone "Friend!" E-25 was frozen in shock, P-78 did nothing to stop A-02 and ENTE is A-02's son. E-25 heard someone come in, he said, "E-25? Why are you here?" Fanviva E-25 turned and looked P-78 straight in the eyes. "You never wanted me to solve the case, you thought I was too stupid to solve the case. I know you didn't do anything, even warned A-02. And even that you stole his son," said E-25. P-78 looked pale and replied, "I wasn't the one who took his son, that was V-86." E-25 continued to meet his eyes as P-78 took a step towards him, "If any of this ends up with the others, you'll end up just like V-87." Then he smiled again. E-25 now paled and left the camera room. P-78 began deleting all video evidence, but not before glancing at A-02 and saying, "not long, my plan is being put into action and all that's missing is you." Then he deleted everything and also left the camera room.
