Chapter 16: Earth King

I decided to take the path that any good freind would I went back in to the water to find the tiny island they were on. I found everyone sleeping peacfully and decided to go sleep on top of Appa. "Hey buddy I missed you too im glad to have you back" I said yawning and fell on top of Appa and fell asleep.

It morning and I heard everyone was wakeing up. I had about six hours of sleep and had the same horrible dream of my son. I got up and went to the water to get clean. I took a shower quickly and changed in to my cloths. Then I went back to where everyone was where I heard Sokka talking.

"Look we escaped from the Dai Lee we got Appa back im telling you we should go to the earth king now and tell him our plan were on a roll" Sokka said. "One good day after weeks of trouble isn't mych of a role" Katara said. "We can build on it, if we want to invade the firenation we need the earth kings support" Sokka said trying to convince them. "Hey Aang" I said peping out of hiding. "Hey how's Jet?" Aang asked. "He'll be fine" I said. "What makes you think we'll get it I don't know if you've noticed but things usually don't go that smoothly for our little gang" Toph said. "I know but I've got a good feeling about this this time it'll be diffrent" Sokka said. "Sokka Long Fee is in control of the city his concperecy with the Dai Lee is too powerful I think we should just keep flying and leave this horrible place" Katara said. "Im with sweetness I've seen enough of Bai Sing Sai and I Cant Even See" exclamied Toph. "You can go but I have to stay with Zuko and also I'm going to do what I can to help these people living in this horrible place if you won't help then I'll do it myself im a one person army and genius" I said. "Im with Sokka and Lulu now that we have Appa there's nothing stoping us from telling the earth king the truth about the conceperency and the war" Aang suggested. "See they're with me" Sokka said pulling me and Aang in to him like a group hug. "And it's the first reason we came here we have to try" Sokka said then Katra started to think about it. "Well I guess if the earth king knew the truth things could change" Katara said. "I don't trust the new positive Sokka....Long Fee brain washed you didn't he" Toph said pointing at Sokka. Then we saw ships out in the sea. "It's the Dai Lee agents we gotta move now" I commanded and we quickly got on Appa.

It had been a few minutes and we were close to the castle. "Can we please buy a new sattle ridding bare back is terrifying" Toph screamed scared. "I hate it too" I said. "Okay don't attack I'll make the sheild and have us protected" I said. "Are you sure you haven't made the sheild that big" Katara said worried. "As long as im concentrated we'll be fine" I said. "Are sure you can hold it that long?" Sokka asked. "Yea my maximum time is twenty five minutes" I said. "There it is that whole thing is the palace the earth kings chamber should be in the center" Sokka said. "Alraight rember don't attack lets just smoothly fly through okay" I said and everyone noded as soon as the first rock attacked I put the sheild up. "Head to the middle entrance" I commanded. Then we started to walk.

"How are you doing?" Sokka asked. "Im fine im going to ride Appa it'll help" I said. Then I saw some soilders come towards the feild and they were thrown back and knocked out. We started to go through the bridge. Hundreds of soilders were on the other side lined up on the stairs ready to attack. Then they threw two enourmese starues of some sort of monkeys. We passed the bridge and were at the stairs. "What now?" Aang asked. "Katara make a big soft slide" I ordered. "Toph shift the stairs to make them straight so they'll slide" I commanded. "Now Aang and Toph bring us up and let the soilders pass" I ordered. I let my sheild go scince the soilders couldn't attack because they were to busy worrying about themselves. We were almost all the way to the top of the thousands of stairs. "Don't attack" I said makeing the sheild again. We found ourselves surrounded by more soilders and there were three pathways. "Where do we go?" Sokka asked. "I think the left cheek me Toph" I said. "This way" Toph pointed out. "Someone has to leave and cheek the doors Sokka go cheek them while Toph coveres for you" I ordered and they left. They started out fine until the fourth door when five soilders were ready to attack with all there might they had gaint boulderes and Toph was stuck she couldn't do anything. I screamed and panicked I closed my eyes not wanting to see it. When I opened my eyes they were alive and the soilders were knocked out. What had happened? Did I do it? Did I make a force feild on them? At the sixth door it was huge it reached all the way to the ceiling. "Now thats an impresive door it's gotta go somewhere" Sokka said heading towarda it. I let my sheild down because there were no more soilders attacking afraid of my power. Then Sokka ran towards it kicking the door and fell about on centimeter away from the door and he fell makeing me chuckle. "Aang lightly open it" I ordered.
