Chapter 28

Myra'S POV

"Wake up.." I heard someone whispering. I opened my eyes and saw L.Joe Beside me. "Where am I?" I asked. "In moms room. You even forgot your clothes here.." he explained. I sat up and looked around. "What time is it?" I mumbled. "5:30 pm. Someone kept on calling your phone..I answered it when I saw Xiumins phone number. He said we should be at your house by 6:30."

"Is that so?"-me

"Yup..well then I'll leave you hear..and about my shoes...you can have them."-L.Joe

"Really?!!"-me

"YuP."-L.Joe

He left the room and I stood up. I walked to the mirror and fixed myself. I was even in my uniform. I saw my bag on the floor , I grabbed my bag from the floor and saw the dress I left here. I packed my bag and walked outside.

I went downstairs and it was a bit noisy. I tilted my head and saw my whole family in the kitchen. Not our kitchen....but L.Joe's kitchen.

"Oh your awake."

I bowed my head and sat down in front of my mom, beside Xiumin oppa.

"Why are you guys here???"-me

"I invited them over."-aunt Marybeth

Pshh so much for going home at 6 pm!!!!

"ohh okay.."-me

I dug in and they talked about their boring life.

I sat there in silence and just enjoyed the food.

"Whats the matter? Are you bored?"

I lift my head and everyone was looking at me.

"Yes....like I don't know if I'm tired or not.." -me

"Then why don't you sleep here for the meantime.."-aunt Marybeth

"yeah you can sleep in L.Joes room.."-Xiumin

I slapped his arm and looked at L.Joe.

"Its ok..we have an extra room. Its beside my room."-Aunt Marybeth

I smiled and agreed. Everyone was finish eating and they soon left. I bid my goodbye and they all drove off , leaving me with aunt and L.Joe.

"Come Myra, I'll show you your room "

I turned around and followed aunt Marybeth.

"Here we are. Now, you can feel at home...and by the way...was that family your real family?"-Aunt Marybeth

I chuckled and said yes.

"okay then. Don't hesitate to ask me about anything. Good night dear."

With.that she left the room. I sat on the bed and it was comfy. I took out my phone and saw 16 missed calls. What?!!!!!!

7 missed calls from Taehyung

5 missed calls from Kathy

4 missed calls from Deb

I dialed Taehyung number and he didn't pick up. I quickly called Kath and gladly she picked up.

Me: Whats up with the calls?!!!!

Kath: Oh you mean 'Why didn't you pick up?!!!!' Myra....ughh..we've been trying to call you since like a year ago!!!!!! I don't know whats your problem!!! Are you avoiding us????

Me: What?? Why are you shouting??????

Kath:...

Me: Kath???? Hello??

Kath: its because ever since we saw with that guy you never paid any attention to us....your friends!!!!! Are you cheating on Taehyung???

Me: What are you saying!!!??? You saw us??? When?!!! Look!! I'm not cheating okay!!!! If you see me as a friend you would trust me..

Kath: You know exactly what I'm saying!!!! That guy we saw you with at tge store!!!

Me: What does that have to do with you calling??????!!!!!

Kath: You know what?? I never imagined our friendship would end this way...

Me: What did you end??? Kath??!! Kath!!!!!

The phone call ended and I felt tears falling from my eyes.

I felt my hand curl up. I threw my phone on the wall as hard I can. The glass was scattered on the floor. I went near the spot where the glass was, I held on a piece of glass and clenched it in my palm. Blood flowed from my hand and I sat there not realizing the cut I had.

I wiped my tears and ran downstairs. I washed my hand and my face, I took a few cleaning stuff and ran back upstairs. I opened the door and L.Joe was inside the room.

"What are you doing?"-me

"I should be the one asking. What happened to your phone?"-L.Joe

He looked at me and soon looked at my hand. I put my hands behind my back and looked at the floor.

"I won't bother helping you out..your such an idiot."-L.Joe

"Then why are you here??"-Me

He pushed me out of the way and ignored my question. I heard his door shut and I rolled my eyes.

*SiGH*

I started cleaning and I heard the rain hit the roof. I looked out the window and felt sad all of a sudden. I shaked my head and continued cleaning. I finally finished and I saw a box under the bed. I pulled it out and it looked so familiar. I opened the box and saw photo albums. I took one and started going through it. Wow l.joe looks cute here.. I thought to myself.
After a few pages I saw a paper inbetween two pages. I was thinking about reading it or not. It turns out that I really wanted to read it, so I did. I opened the paper and it had a a few squibbles.

Myra,

You're such an idiot...from the start I knew we would be very best friends. If I ever had the courage to give this to you in person means to say I really love you as a friend. But if I havn't given it to you on July 27 2006 means to say I'm a coward. Listen..

I know that we are just friends, but would it hurt if we try going out?? Nahhh!!! What am I talking about. So yeah...You and Taehyung should get together again. The fact that I just blew your mind...Yes I wrote this last night. I knew you were gonna go through some stuff.

You should know.... I love you and i'll be out of your sight by next month. I'm sorry I can't tell you this in person...I'm to much of a coward so... Please don't tell me you've read this. Just keep it to yourself.

Oh yeah...about the shoe...I take it back. Leave it before going back home. Okay thats all. Love you Idiot!!!

I smiled and quickly called Taehyung on the telephone He picked up and I shouted:

"Hahahaha!!! I love you too.."

Our conversation went on and on...

Well..I guess everything ended all good...despite the trouble we've been through or should I say we've made. But thats okay...because we're just kids after all.
