I'm here to party and party hard.period.
I walk into some random place just a few meters away from where me and Ally made up.
We had quickly run to our room and I wore a simple body-hugging black dress that stopped just above my knees. Alisha went for a more reserved look by wearing a long sleeved dark green flowing midi-dress.
The place was quite small. It had a bar and a place to dance around with a few sofas lying around the place. There was a small corridor which seemed to lead to the bathrooms.
It was a groovy party with awesome music but what I didn't like was the people making out on the sofas and the foul stench of alcohol making it difficult to breath.
" Maybe this isn't the most appropriate party for a sixteen year old." Lexi said." Yeah. I didn't expect this much of..." Sally wrinkled her nose.
" Well this isn't one of our lame sleepover parties or high school no-alcohol parties. We will never get another chance like this." This was the first time we were miles away from our parents and Hailey's parents are too busy to with Amanda's wedding to watch out for us. This is the best chance to do shit.
" Nuh uh. We are going back. This is too dangerous. I'm never going to do this stuff and if you want to do it you can do it when your eighteen" Alisha lectured. Gawd, she'll make a great mom.
" Fine. This smell is really bad, let me try and get a glass of water." I lied.
The trio nodded and walked out, looks of disgust plastered on their faces. Thank God they bought it.
*beep*beep*
There goes the notification that I got a message.
Olly: Heard what happened with Ally. U ok?
Me: Yeah. We made up no probs.
Olly: Ok that's good. But remember what Ally said is very true. You need to stay away from that jerk. He's trouble...anyway I'll talk to u later about this later, I have to go eat. Bye. xoxo
Me: K k. Look forward to another lecture. Bye. Luv u. xoxoxo
Olivia is always the last to know everything. I giggle a little at the thought
I was just standing there, lost in my own thoughts, when I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned to my right to see a very, very handsome guy standing next to me.
Damn he's hot. I thought. He had tanned skin with hazel eyes and jet black hair falling over his eyes. His jawline is just...ahhh! I literally lost my breathe.
" Hi. I'm Daniel," he said. I could smell a hint of alcohol but I couldn't make out whether it was him or the room.
" Um...Hi...I'm..err...Maya," gawd I almost forgot my name.
Daniel chuckled lightly. " Well, Maya, can I buy you a drink?"
" If she wants a drink she'll ask me," Justin interrupted as he put an arm around my waist and pulled me close to him. He turned his head towards me, " Wouldn't she?"
I was pissed so I said " Ignore him Daniel, I'd love a drink," he walked towards the bar with a smirk on his face.
Then, I turned to face a fuming Justin. He had his jaw clenched and his knuckles were turning white.
" What?!" I challenged. Ally was right. No-one can play with me.
" So now you don't need me? After all what we shared you're just too 'tired' to see me?" Justin said. I can't believe this jerk.
" Are you kidding me? What did we 'share' Justin?! All you did was hurt me! I'm the one you don't have time for! Stop acting like I'm your slave cause I have a life and it doesn't revolve around you!" I spit out.
Just then Daniel arrived with the drinks. Perfect. I took the drink from his hand and the next thing you know the liquid is dripping on Justin's perfectly quiffed hair.
" Party hard" I said before I stormed out of the place.
At first I was lost but I found my way back to mine and the girl's room.
When I enter I saw all the girls in the room with angry looks on their faces. Most probably because I lied and stayed back. But their faces softened as they saw the make-up running down my face.
Olivia came running to my side.
" What happened?" she asked, concerned.
" I'm an independent woman. I don't need anyone foe my happiness. It's going to be hard but I'll move on. I don't need no guy." I stopped my rambling because my flooding tears just turned into a tsunami.
" You need to sleep" Sally said in a serious tone. " Let me help you change."
Everybody was shocked because I'm never like this. I'm usually very strong and an expert at hiding my emotions. But I can't do this anymore. The crying just got worse.
" It's going to be alright," Lexi said soothingly as the girls engulfed me to a group. I don't what I'd do without these babes
