Episode 1 Part 6

Kim's POV

The door was unlocked the day after we got locked in, we found out that the person who locked it. It was just Eddie, Milton, and Jerry pulling a stupid prank on us. Its been a week since an accident and me and Jack haven'e talked to them since. Me and Jack haven't been talking much either.

Today was the day of the dance and I had an awful feaver.

I lay on my bed, in my PJ's, holding a box of tissies, watching The Notebook. It was a Saturday afternoon and I felt like crap. My hair was a mess, my noes and eyes were all puffy.

I got a text from jack.

"Hey Kim, you feeling alright?" It read.

"I feel like crap, I'm not going to the dance tonight" I replied.

"Oh, that sucks"

The rest of me day was spent like this, me moaning in bed and sulking because jack was going to have fun without me.

I canceled my date with the black dragon, surprisingly he sounded relieved.

As 7pm pulled over I heard a knock at my door, I grudgingly got up to answer it. As I opened the door my heart skipped a beat, it was Jack. He stood there with some flowers and a card that says get well soon. Suddenly I was self conscious, I was in my pyjama pants and a baggy t.

"Hey" I said. " why are you here?"

"So you wouldn't get lonely" he replied.

"Well don't just stand there, come in"

We spent the night eating popcorn and watching movies, playing old board games that we found in the attic. To sum it up, it was the best night ever.
