"Are you sure you're willing to do this?" Paul asked Rebel in the midst of CM Punk and Ryback's TLC match on the first RAW of 2013.

Behind-the-scenes, Leighton and Phil had proposed for her to take a ladder bump during the match which would prompt The Shield to take out Ryback. Not only would it progress Rebel's storyline with The Shield leading to Punk's match with The Rock later that month, but it would get her buzz so high that Vince had to keep her on-screen.

Of course, management had declined. Any woman who didn't fear a man in the WWE had to be unattractive.

Leighton hated Vince's stuck-up ways. Her name was Rebel, and she knew her character and how to progress her storyline with her boys. That's why she decided she would take the bump anyways and told Ryback before the match.

She didn't like him, but he didn't seem to care either way so she respected him a little more.

"This is how we make the change," she whispered back to Paul who nodded.

He knew her struggles. The manager had an extensive knowledge of wrestling and understood the creative aspect of the business. Paul Heyman knew Leighton had an ability within her to change this business if they just gave her the chance. "Then make the change," he responded, moving into position as Punk ran to Ryback in the corner.

The Big Guy lifted Punk effortlessly and threw him over the top rope and into a table on the floor. Rebel grimaced as Paul was beside himself—Punk would be down for the count after a hit like that.

At least he didn't miss the table this time.

Rebel ran her hands through her hair as she worried, arguing with Paul who yelled for her to fix this. The crowd erupted when they saw her slide into the ring and quickly climb the ladder. Ryback was on the other side, exhausted, trying to reach for the title. Because it was legal, Rebel swung and hit her brother's adversary in the face though he hadn't even flinched. His blue eyes stared into her brown ones, enraged as his breathing became heavy.

Ryback would never be allowed to deliberately push the girl off of the ladder, so he swept his foot under hers until she fell to the mat.

Paul screamed as Rebel writhed on the canvas. Her back screamed in agony as she winced in pain, yelling for Ryback to stop him from getting the title. The lights went out and she knew her boys weren't far behind her.

When the lights returned, she saw Dean and Seth on the ladder as they attacked Ryback. Though he put up a fight, the trio eventually grounded him with a chair.

Leighton swore she saw red in Jon's eyes.

They triple power-bombed the wrestler into a table on steel steps which took him out for the rest of the match. After admiring their handy work, Roman informed the group that they needed to leave the arena to which Dean yelled for Rebel.
