Itsuki and Yotsuba were watching the Asahiyama High's basketball game. One quintuplet was interested because Asahiyama is a powerhouse team while the other only focuses on one player.
"Let's go, Makoto-kun~!" Itsuki cheered in the audience.
Makoto has the ball in his hand, he is calling for a screen outside of the three-point line.
After his teammates set the screen, Makoto does a cross-over, and when he sees another another opposing player is trying to guard him before he goes to the paint. He then does a behind-the-back crossover and does a contested layup.

It was a difficult shot but Makoto scored two points for his team.
The crowd cheered for that play, Itsuki and Yotsuba continued cheering him on.
The two sisters then notice there is a group of fangirls chanting his name.
"GO, GO, MA-KO-TO~!" The fangirls yelled out.
Itsuki just realized that she has competition.
The youngest quint then started to get irritated. Meanwhile, Yotsuba was only focusing on the game.
"I want to be Makoto-kun's number one fan even if I don't know basketball that much..." Itsuki thought to herself as she sighed.
Later, the game ended.
Asahiyama High wins the game with a big lead, Itsuki and Yotsuba now go to the court in hopes of talking to Makoto.
Itsuki then notices many girls are with Makoto as those girls take pictures with him.
"Thanks for supporting the team~!" Makoto smiles as it charms every girl near him.
"Wow, he has a lot of fans." Yotsuba stated.
Yotsuba then looks at her younger sister. She notices Itsuki looks troubled.
"Itsuki is...jealous?!" Yotsuba covered her mouth as she suppressed her gasp. "Is she truly in love?!"
Yotsuba notices Itsuki really wants to talk to Makoto but his fangirls are in the way.
So she has a plan-
"KAWAKAMI-SAN!" Yotsuba shouts at the top of her lungs.
Makoto and his girls took notice of Yotsuba's shouting, he was pretty surprised.
The fourth quintuplet then brings Itsuki to Makoto. "My sister wants to take a picture with you!"
"Yo-Yotsuba!" Itsuki feels embarrassed.
"Ah! Itsuki! Of course!" Makoto smiles. "Hold on, ladies, let me have this one." He said to his fangirls.
