[3rd Person POV]
Makoto is in his bed, contemplating something.
He hears the voices of the girls he had hung out and entertained in the past.
"Hmm, now that I think about it, I had too much fun with them."
He looks at the ceiling.
"I'm sure Itsuki wouldn't like it, especially her sisters." Makoto sighs.
He looked at his phone and checked all his messages.
Numerous girls in his dm, but almost all of them are muted.
Except for one, he stares at the profile picture.
It's a girl with medium-length hair and an expressive ahoge. She has a reddish-orange hair color.
"Ah, Itsuki-chan, you always have been fun so far, never disappointed me." Makoto chuckles.
He decided to text her.
Meanwhile, in the Nakano residence
Itsuki is studying and is having a hard time.
She scratches her head in frustration. "Why can't the other subjects be easy like Science?!"
She continued to write on a piece of paper until she heard a text from her phone.
She grabs her phone and sees it's from Makoto.
She read and it said 'Itsuki~! I have a request!'.
She became curious and went to text back. 'What is it?'.
She then reads it:
"Can you send me a picture of you right now?"
Itsuki blushed madly. "Is he serious?!" She thought to herself frantically.
She had to think for a while as she then sighed in resignation.
"It doesn't hurt...right? I guess I can do it for him..." Itsuki thought to herself as she tried to calm down her blushes.
She went to the mirror and took a picture of herself.
Itsuki sends the picture with the help of the mirror as she tries to have a cute pose:

Itsuki blushes as she sees Makoto has seen it and awaits his reply with a tight grip on her phone.
Meanwhile, in the Kawakami residence.
He stares at the pic that was sent by her, it causes him to have a small smile. "So cute."
Once again, Makoto is distracting Itsuki from her studies.
As we return to the home of the quintuplets:
"Oi! Dinner is ready!" Said by Nino who puts food on the table. She cooked for her dear sisters.
