Eunwoo looked over at Jimin, who had a mischievous glint in his eye as he typed away on his phone. Eunwoo knew that Jimin was most likely flirting with another girl, but instead of getting jealous, he decided to tease him.
"You know, one of these days you're going to fall in love with one of these girls," Eunwoo said, grinning.
Jimin looked up from his phone, a cheeky smile on his face. "Oh, really? And why do you say that?"
"Because you can't keep up this playboy act forever. Eventually someone is going to come along and sweep you off your feet," Enuwoo said, shaking his head.
Jimin chuckled and returned his attention to his phone. "I'll believe it when I see it," he said, winking at Eunwoo.
Jimin, I'm serious. one day you will fall in love. You'll meet someone who will change your life forever," Eunwoo said, his voice calm but firm.
Jimin again looked up from his phone and met his friend's eyes, a smirk still playing at the corners of his mouth. "I don't believe in love, eunwoo, I already told you." he replied, a slight edge to his voice. "It's just a distraction."
Eunwoo shook his head. "You'll see. One day, you'll meet someone who will make all of this seem meaningless in comparison."
Jimin scoffed. "Okay, sure, Eunwoo. Whatever you say. Now please don't disturb me." He went back to his phone, typing out a reply to the message he had received.
They sat in silence for a few moments, both lost in their own thoughts.
Suddenly, Jimin's phone buzzed with another message, and he smiled again as he read it. He looked up at Eunwoo with a playful glint in his eye.
"Well, I better get back to my game," he said. "I'll talk to you later."
Eunwoo nodded and watched as Jimin disappeared back into his room, his laughter trailing behind him. Eunwoo let out a deep sigh. He couldn't help but feel a pang of worry for his friend. He knew that Jimin's wild behavior could eventually lead him down a dangerous path.
But he also knew that trying to change Jimin was a fruitless effort. All he could do was hope for the best and be there for him when he needed it. He knew that his friend was just messing with him, but he also knew that Jimin didn't believe in love. He hoped that one day, his friend would see that love was more than just a distraction - it was a beautiful, transformative force.
Next day...
Hana sat down on the bench next to Maily and greeted her with a smile. When she noticed the bracelet on Maily's wrist, she couldn't help but say, "Oo, I love your bracelet! It looks so pretty!"
"Oh, this?" Maily replied, showing off her wrist. "Jungkook gave it to me as a gift. It's so sweet of him, right?"
"That's so nice! You guys must hang out a lot," Hana said, feeling a little jealous of Maily's relationship with Jungkook.
"Yeah, we do. Yesterday we went to the newest cafe in town and it was so amazing!" Maily said excitedly.
