"Sit down" The judge said as she walked in the courtroom and they all sat as she did "So, as I see Scotland Yard is accusing Miss Isla Schumacher for attempted murder and false testimony in a federal investigation"
Isla looked at the prosecutor, his name is Jonathan Evans, he's around 40, tall and black with curly hair
As Jessica told her, Evans is the worst prosecutor they could have
Isla looked at the juries. 12. 8 women. 4 men. She was curious what they believed about her
"Today we are examining the prosecution witnesses"The judge said and she looked at Evans
"Thank you your honour" Evans stood up "We are calling the paramedics of the ambulance that arrived in the ski resort, Mrs Lara Bruner and after her Mr Louis Koch"
Isla looked at Jessica that she just nodded
Lara arrived and she sat to the seat of testifying
"Are you Mrs Lara Bruner?" The judge asked
"Yes your honour" Lara replied
"Can you tell us your job?" Evans asked walking closer to the stand
"I am paramedic in Centre Medical des Arcades Verbier Hospital" Lara answered
"How many years are you in this job?" Evans asked
"6 years" Lana replied
"Can you tell us what happened that day?" The prosecutor asked
"They informed us that from the offices that we have an incident in Les 4 Vallées with a man that he fall in the rocks. Me and my colleague drove there and we found him with people around him trying to help him. We got him and we took him in the ambulance and then to the hospital where we gave him to the nurses" Lara told
"What about Miss Schumacher?" Evans asked
"She was standing there without emotion and just looked at us, she didn't say anything only that he fall in the rocks" Lara replied
"Did she come with you in the hospital?" Evans asked
"No she didn't come" Lara said
Isla and Jessica looked at each other
"Thats a lie" Isla mouthed
Jessica winked at her and she looked back at Lara
"Can you tell us your first impressions from the hit?" Evans asked
"Yeah! He couldn't lost his balance there! Someone pushed him in the rocks!" Lara replied
Isla rolled her eyes and she turned to watch the people that came for her: Lewis, Mick, Gina, her mother, Toto, Susie, George and Carmen
Jessica started the questions
"Who was in the ambulance with you?" Jessica started asking
"It was me, my colleague and the lady" Lara said pointing at Isla
Isla smiled in relief
"But you said that she didn't come with you!" Jessica looked at the judge and then back at Lara "One more question, maybe you lied and she reacted?"
Lara looked down
"Two people were trying to help her, she was crying couldn't be able to do anything... she had panic attack" Lara replied embarrassed
"Thank you! No more questions!" Jessica sat smiling next to Isla
"Good, bring the other witness" The judge said looking at her papers
"Louis Koch" Evans said and he came in to sit in the stand
The question were the same as they did to Lara but he was careful
"In the ambulance? Me and Lara! And of course Sir Hamilton" Koch replied and Jessica looked at the judge
"No more questions!" Jessica replied and she sat next to Isla
"10 minutes break" The judge said and she walked away
Isla looked at Jessica and Lewis walk to them as well
"They both lied and they said different stories! That's good for us!" Jessica said
"Next witness for them?" Lewis asked and Jessica looked at her papers
"The man that the phone call was to" Jessica replied "John Karen"
"Who the fuck is him?" Lewis asked in shock
"I have no idea" Isla replied
The trial started again with John Karen
"How do you know the accused?" Evans asked and John looked at Isla
"She is my girlfriend" John said smiling at her, Isla stood up from her seat
"Bullshits" Isla yelled and Jessica grabbed her to sit back
"Language Miss Schumacher" The judge said and Isla sighed "Keep going Mr Karen"
"Where did you meet her?" Evans asked
"We met in Monaco, after the Grand Prix in 2021" John said smiling "She is pretty and watching her dancing with a man so much older than her made me want her even more"
"Why she had relationship at the same time with you and Mister Hamilton?" Evans asked pointing at Lewis "Sir Hamilton, at least"
"She said she was going to break up with him! But then he proposed on her and it was difficult"
Isla started not hearing what John was saying
"I'm not feeling good" Isla whispered placing her hand on her chest
"I'm asking a break my client isn't good" Jessica said not looking at the judge but trying to help Isla
"I can't breath" Isla whispered
"She's having a panic attack" The judge said standing up
"Lewis" Isla tried to say and Lewis without thinking twice he ran to her
"Look at me" He placed his hands on her cheeks, Isla looked at his eyes "Breath!"
Isla was trying to breath with Lewis breathing in rhythm
"Like me" Lewis whispered and Isla was close to find her breath "You okay?"
"Yes" Isla whispered and Lewis walked away after kissing her cheek
"Jessica" Isla looked at her lawyer "Can I go out? I can't hear any other bullshit from him"
"Language Miss Schumacher!" Judge said again
"Yeah go" Jessica said and she Isla walked in the exit she looked at Carmen and the German made her a sign come with her and the two girls walked out
"Who is him?" Isla whispered sitting on the bench
"I don't know... everything will be fine!" Carmen said and she gave her a hug
