"Do you want me to cook?" Lewis asked Isla that she smiled
"Yes" Isla whispered "I'm sorry for earlier"
"It's okay, babe" Lewis kissed her nose "You had a panic attack hearing his lies!"
"Tomorrow will testify the agent of the case" Isla whispered
"Yes but wait until I'll testify with your mother, Mick, Gina and Toto! And my doctor! My hit was possible to happen from falling!" Lewis smiled "You didn't do anything!"
"I know... I just walked the juries will believe me!" Isla replied
"They already love you!" Lewis said laughing "Just wait until Thursday probably that the juries will decide!"
Isla was so nervous but she knew that the people she loves are believing her!
The next day is the second day of the trial and Isla was there with the same people as the first one
"We call agent Brian Madison from Scotland Yard" Evans said with Isla looking down
"Agent Brian Madison Scotland Yard" The agent said
"How many years are you agent in Scotland Yard?" Evans asked
"20 years" Madison confirmed
"Why did you suspect Miss Schumacher?" Evans asked pointing at Isla
"We didn't believe that he could lose his balance! So we decided just talk to her in first place! Then we started searching about her and we found that she accused for drug dealing" Madison said
"Objection! It was a mistake Mrs President! The police found that they tried to trap Miss Schumacher!" Jessica said
"Objection accepted! Please I ask what Agent Madison said about to not take into account!" The president said "Keep going"
"Yeah I'm sorry" Evans said and he looked at the agent "Do you believe that a woman like Miss Schumacher is possible to do something like that?"
"Objection!" Jessica said again
"Objection accepted! We don't ask his opinion Mister Evans!" The president said
"Good! So... Did she try to stop your investigation by lying?" Evans asked
"Yes she lied about the fact that they didn't have an argument! Neighbour from the next chalet told us that he heard voices from their chalet!" Madison said and Isla looked at Jessica
"We didn't" Isla mouthed
"I have no other question" Evans said and he sat back
"Defence to ask the questions" president said and Jessica stood up
"So, I'll ask the completely normal! So... Did the witness that said he heard a fight between my client and her fiancé hear wrong? I mean there are many chalets in the area! Why the voices were from their chalet?" Jessica asked looking at Madison with her big brown eyes
"I-I don't know... He said that he heard the voices from there" Madison said looking down
"Then he doesn't know! Good! So... You said that Lewis Hamilton didn't lose his balance because that's impossible! But we all know that the specific corner" Jessica chose a photo on the TV of the courtroom "It's really dangerous and similar accidents happen in the past but when Sir Hamilton had the accident it was snowing and the visibility was way too difficult! What will you say about that?"
"I can't say anything because I don't know!" Madison said laughing
"Before you said that this was impossible!" Jessica looked at the judge "No more questions!"
Jessica sat back next to Isla
"Does the prosecutor have any other witnesses?" The judge asked looking at Evans
"No your honour" Evans said knowing that he'll loose
"Let's start with the first witness of defence" The judge said and she looked at Jessica
"The defence is calling Mrs Corinna Schumacher" Jessica said and the German woman walked in and sit in the witness stand
"Are you Mrs Corinna Schumacher?" The judge asked
"Yes" Corinna replied nervously
Evans walked to Corinna
"Hello Mrs Schumacher!" Evans said and he coughed "excuse me! So" He looked at his papers "How's your daughter's behaviour?"
"Isla is totally an angel! They are not lying by saying that the younger kids are the most sensitive! They all love her! She is calm, happy, smiling at everyone, polite... She has everything!" Corinna said feeling proud of her daughter
"You said calm! I have this report from your daughter's private school when she was 13 that she punched a boy in her classroom and he broke his teeth" Evans gave the report to Jessica, the judge and Corinna "Do you remember the incident?"
Corinna looked at him and she nodded
"That happened in February of 2014... Michael was still in coma in the hospital and Isla wasn't in her best mental health! Michael had the accident in front of her eyes and the boy admitted that he was making fun of it but she overreacted! Isla wasn't in her best mental health that months and the school didn't do anything, correctly, about the incident" Corinna said really calm
"Good" Evans replied mad "She rides horse! Right?"
"Yes! Since she was 7! She really likes that! It's part of her life!" Corinna said and Isla smiled at her mother
"What do you need to have to be a good racer?" Evans asked curious
"You need to have courage, fist, bravery and target! Isla has all of them! Having anger is not good for riding a horse! They can understand it!" Corinna said with Evans sighing
"No more questions" Evans sat back on his chair madly
"Does the defence have any questions?" The judge asked and Jessica stood up nodding
"Mrs Schumacher, what did you do to stop the behaviour your daughter had when your husband and her father had the accident?" Jessica asked
"I took her to a psychologist and she really helped it! After her visit there, Isla, started becoming slowly the girl she was before the accident! It took her three or four years but she came back!" Corinna said proudly
"No more questions!" Jessica sat back in her seat proudly
"I see that the defence has 5 more witnesses and also the accused!" The judge looked at her papers sighing "I will call the sister of the accused, Miss Gina Schumacher"

"Babe" Lewis walked in the living room and Isla was sleeping "Long day little star"
Lewis kissed her head and he covered her with a blanket, he smiled and he lay next to her
"Everything is gonna be fine... Mick, me, Toto and your psychologist will testify tomorrow" Lewis whispered and he kissed her head "Good Night babe"
