one lazy afternoon, yato was doing his normal business, just sitting infront of the abandoned shrine. He sighed. Yukine wa taking a "shower" while hiyori was at school. He was just so bored. Yato stood up to take a stroll through the city,its not like he can get lost. Usually, people don't see him, since he was a god. He had a ways to go but he was sure for himself that he will have millions of people (that he likes to refer as yatoites) bowing down to him for miles. Snickering to himself,he didn't notice the blonde (almost white haired woman) following him. The girl tugged on his scarf,making yato turn around so suddenly that it scared the woman,making her take a step back. "erm......do you happen to be yato??" the girl said,almost trying to hide in her jacket. Yato was never happier,a person remembered him!! "Yep!! the one and only yato is here to ser—" he was interuppeted by the girl grabbing his hand and dragging him somewhere "Wonderful!! im lino~! god of laughter! c'mon i wanna show ya something!!!" Lino said,taking a sharp turn in a alley. "uh, if your a god wheres your regalia??? and let me go! i didn't agree to this!" yato said as he was being dragged deeper into the alley way. She laughed as she said " oh,you mean tenshi??? he just quit! and i mean it,he quit 2 hours ago~!". Yato needed help,he was stuck with a insane person and had no-where to go. She smiled,seeing her "home". there was a sorta large tent like deal in the dead end of the alley-way. it had Christmas lights as.....well. lights. it also had a purple chest (probably filled with clothes and food and a light blue bean bag near it with magizines all over it. Yato was surprised,he thought she would be more famous than him. "uh......do you have a shrine? i mean....you are a g-" he was interrupted (yet agin XD) by lino. "well,your a god and you don't have a home.plus, have YOU ever heard of the god of laughter???". She had a point. Yato stood up from being dragged,dusting himself off. "why did you bring here?" yato said questiongly. Lino smiled, pointing towards him. "YOU!!! i heard you lost your regalia, and i lost mine, lets make a deal~. We can work together and get lotsa money. your shrine first,then mine. i tried kofuko but........" she said,drifting off as she rubbed her arm. " daikoku wouldn't let me....ANYWAYS!!! whatda say??? teammates" she said,reaching her hand out. Yato was a bit guilty. She was probably the only person lower than him he knew. He sighed,shaking his head. "sorry Lino, i already got a regalia. i cant team with you.". As those words escaped his mouth,Lino's smile disappeared. Then there was a really fucking awkward silence. Lino looked at him.
"can we hook up then??"
