Akira POV
It's been two days since my first shift and my 18th birthday. I been doing everything in my power to get alpha Tristian out of my fucking head but nothing is working. I wish I can literally dig my brain out and remove the little memory I do have out of my damn frontal lobe. This cannot be moon goddess, why would you make this man my mate? They say the moon goddess is never wrong but this have to be a fucking mistake. I cannot be mated to a alpha of a pack responsible for my mothers death. Moon goddess if your listening please show me a sign show me that this was just all some cruel joke. My father will literally kill this man before I can even think about accepting him as my mate. Before I know it my door is swung open and who do you know it's Eliza.
"Hey you naughty bitch." She says smiling from cheek to cheek.
"Hey El wassup." I responded.
"What did you and Michael do yesterday? I seen him leaving your window last night and couldn't wait to drill you about it." She says with excitement.
"We didn't do anything. Michael hasn't left me alone since the run it's like soon as I blink he popping up." I say with a glum look on my face.
"Isn't this what you wanted though why you seem so sad babes?" She says.
The truth is I didn't know how to respond to that. I don't feel like I should share with anyone that I found my mate. Not only because a pack like us are never destined to find our mates but because who he is and represents. His pack murdered our Luna. It's just I cannot fight these feelings I'm trying so hard to burry. I keep picturing his gorgeous face with his mustache and beard that seemed to hug him just right. He didn't have to much either it was the right amount just like i like, not to scruffy looking. His hair was a temple fade cut with dark black slight curly hair on the top that I just wanted to caress my hands through while looking into his hazel eyes. I could drown in his eyes and wouldn't even mind if I didn't resurface unless it was the touch of his lips to bring me back up. He was tall to, I say about maybe 6'0 feet. He was the perfect height to pick my little ass and just hold me in his arms being in into 5'5. Goddess this man is everything I could dream of maybe more. The way I wanted to just gravitate towards him was enduring pain. It took everything in me to not because I knew I couldn't and shouldn't. Oh moon goodness how am I to reject such a man.
"HELLO EARTH TO ALURRA!" Eliza screamed.
"Are you okay? You just drifted away with a blank stare."
" I'm sorry I just got lost in my thoughts for a seconds I'm fine." I responded hesitantly hopping she didn't sense that I wasn't fine but a complete mess.
" I'm gonna say this because you are my bestfriend and love you but bitch you been acting real off since your first run." She says eyeing me with concern.
" I assure you I am fine. Matter fact can we just go for a walk I think I need some fresh air." I insist.
" I think you need more than some fresh air but I guess that's a start. Let's go!" She finishes saying as she jumps up and walk to the front door.
As we left out I told El we need to stop pass my fathers office my mind link wasn't reaching him and I didn't want him to worry once he seen I left the house. My father to has been watching my every move since my birthday. Between him and Michael I been suffocating. Michael been trying to mark me ever since but I just keep telling him I'm not ready yet. Truth is I'm more than ready just not with him but alpha Tristian. He's the only man I want marking me. The only man I wanna see between my legs while looking in my eyes as he slowly strokes inside of me hitting every spot that makes me moan his name for more. Ugh I have to get this man out of my fucking head. Even though Michael is who I do not want to be with right now, I'm going to still choose him as my chosen mate. Just as soon as I find alpha Tristian to reject him. That's another reason why Michael couldn't mark me because I'm bond to another right now. As we finally start to reach my fathers office I start to pick up my pace chasing that enchanting smell I was chasing in the forest.
"MATE OUR MATE IS HERE!" Screamed my wolf.
I knew alurra could sense them before me that's why she was in my head going crazy.
"Hey slow down red!" Eliza screamed.
But I just ignored her. All I wanted to do was see my mate again. As soon as I reach my fathers office there were two gamma warriors in front of his door.
" Sorry Red your father said to not let anyone in." They say with a stern face.
"Maybe we should just come back later he seems a little busy." Eliza says after them.
I can careless what any of them are saying because I'm getting into this office.
"I'm going to say this one time as nicely as possible before it has to get ugly." I say with determination in my demeanor.
" Alpha order we ca." Before they can finish their sentence my claws surfaced out and I yanked one of them by the neck he started to whimper and I tossed him to the other side. The other gamma started to charge at me but Eliza clipped him in the mist and I was able to put him in a head lock just until he slowly drifted away. You can tell they weren't really tryna hurt me being I was the alpha daughter and I took that as a advantage. I quickly put the code into my fathers door and proceeded my way in. There he was my eyes fixed straight to a him. He was wearing a all black tux with his shirt slight button so you can see his chest while showing off his gold chain. His smell was so over powering I just wanted him to take me right there on my fathers desk.
"Sweetheart this is a private meeting." Says my father. As I looked around I didn't even notice Beta jones and Michael was in there as well. They were having a meeting with Tristian and his brother I'm guessing because they favor each very much.
" Well then I guess you should really get better guards next time if the meeting is so private." I say fixing my eyes to my father.
" May I ask why wasn't I invited? I thought me turning of age you would include me into these meetings now father."
" I don't mind her staying!" Tristian says quickly after I finished.
"Pleasant to meet you Ms."
"Akira, Akira is my name or red for short." I say nervously shaking his hand that he reached to me. I almost moaned at his touch.
"Akira, that's a beautiful name." He says with a smile while never letting go of my
hand and looking me deep into my eyes.
"You can release my mate now." Michael says with a growl. I didn't even notice we were still holding hands. I quickly let go and stared at Michael with embarrassment. I swear I felt like he pulled my hand back but I could just be tripping. Tristian shot him a dagger look but quickly got himself together after Michael used the word mate. My wolf as well was not to fond of hearing him say that.
"I'm sorry Michael but did you just say mate." My father says with his stern voice while raising and eyebrow.
Beta jones quickly stepped in and suggested we speak of this once our guest leave and my father agrees.
"Akira out now, I will see you once I get home."
"But fath."
"OUT." He screams in his alpha command. He still doesn't know those doesn't work on me but I never wanted to share that with him because I was scared. I gave him a look of anger. I can feel my claws tryna surface because alurra wanted her mate and with everything I had in me I try to keep my composure as best as I can.
"Fine father but I'm not going home I'm going for a run in the forest." I say in a low voice hoping Tristian picks up on it.
"I'll come with!" Michael scream while trying to hurry out the door with me but my father stopped him and told him he has to stay there.
Which I'm so glad he did because I didn't want to be around him right now. I also turned to Eliza after leaving my father office she was to scared to enter with me so she stood outside the door. I told her I need to go on a run alone that I'll catch up with her later. I can tell she was hesitant to leave at first but she could sense I needed some alone time. She quickly hugged me and told me call her later.
As soon as I got to the forest I didn't shift into my wolf hoping Tristian got my hint to meet me here. I was pacing back and forth as the butterflies in my stomach were trying to escape. What do I do right after I say the words to reject him? Should I just walk away and never look back? Uh moon goddess please give me a sign, any sign would be great right about n. Before I can finished my thought my foot must of got caught because before I knew it I'm tumbling down a slight hill trying to catch my fall. Then suddenly I collide right into a familiar figure and his hands then proceed to wrap around my body as if he was trying to protect me.
As our fall comes to a end I noticed I landed on top of him face to face as our eyes met gazing upon each other he opens his mouth to speak.
"Hi mate." He says with a grin.
