CHAPTER SIX

                  CIARA'S ESCAPE
"Hey CLAUVER it my birthday tomorrow but I will really like to hear about the legend of the stars' powers"I looked at him with the best baby face so he could tell me. Alas he gave in.

'Ok I don't really know much but one has the power of controlling fire, power of healing, power of controlling things, power of telekinesis,and one has the power of strength. The person can carry anything. But I don't remember the last persons power.'

"Ok so what powers do I have then?"I looked at him Feeling anxious as to what my powers would be.

'Well I think you have the power of... controlling things'

"Oh my gosh! I have the power of controlling things? Oh that would be soo great. But wait how will we find the remaining stars then?"

'I don't know, I guess  they will find us or perhaps we find them'

"WHAT! So we just walk around the whole city and they will find us?"

' apparently...,Yes'

"Okay" I said in anger as I couldn't believe what he just told me. "Let first get out of here" so he said 'yes'

Suddenly I heard a footstep coming so I told clauver to hide. The door open again for the first time in how many years and I guessed right it was my mum holding a blue dress on her hand for me to wear.

"Oh mum" as I gave her a tight hug

'Oh my daughter I guess you have missed me so much, am sorry I had to lock you up in here for so long. I just wanted to give you some time to calm your mind but not to worry after today you can resume school.'

"Thank you so much mum" still giving her a tight hug until I heard a voice 'I can't breathe' oh right I was strangling my mum to death after having to see her for a long time. "Am sorry".

(Smiles) 'don't worry child I know you have missed me that why. Oh right before I forgot I bought you a dress and am very sure it going to fit you nicely'

"Am very sure it will fit me nicely" I said in an emotional tone. My mum bought me blue resplendent dress with pearls and glitters on it like I was a princess. She went back down stairs for the preparations and told me to wear it and join her down stairs. I wore it and showed clauver and asked how I look, as expected he said in a cold tone 'you are looking beautiful' but anyways I gladly accept his compliments and I don't blame him. I wore the dress and came downstairs with clauver on my shoulder since no one can see him and I walked elegantly downstairs.

'Oh dear you look beautiful'. my dad said to me with smile all over his face. I blushed a little as I proceed to receive greetings and pleasantries from my friends and the guests. Then clauver told me 'now is our chance to escape' I nodded in an affirmative so proceed on our escape plan.i told my mum I want to get some fresh air so I went outside and we bothe escaped just like that. No no no no no let me rewind it for you the moment I went outside to get so fresh air turns out that my mum was watching all the time, thanks to clauver that noticed, we managed to escape through great difficulty but we still escaped.
