I lifted my head rubbing and squinting my eyes to adjust to the light, and of course, I had a huge headache, and the only thing that could cure a headache for me is milk. However, I didn't use to my new surroundings. There were black pillows and wallpaper and white and gold blankets covering me. There was a small flat screen hanging on the wall surrounded by little shelves with candles on it. I laid my head back on the pillow and felt how soft it was surrounding my head. I looked up to find a huge mirror on top of the wall "Well, that can't be safe now could it." I said to myself. 'Wait a minute' I thought to myself. "Where the fuck am I?"
I quickly searched for my phone and finally found it at the foot of the bed. I quickly dialed Rah, my older cousins, phone number. He eventually answered on the 5th ring.
"Wassup big head?" he said, he didn't sound sleepy. what time was it?
"I need you to pick me up, I don't know where I am. and I have a huge headache, so hurry." I said getting right to the point.
"The fuck, Blue, I know you ain't sleeping around. I don't wanna hear my little cousin been around." he laughed on the other side of the phone but I knew he was serious.
"Hell no, nigga just pick me up."
"Aight bet. I'll just track your phone. Put on that iPhone tracker I put on your phone." He instructed me to do and I did as told. "I'll see you in like 20," he told me
"20? Bruh, you better hurry." I told him hanging up the phone. My headache came back and I needed to find the kitchen. As I left the room I started to remember last night. I partied way to hard last night. I also remember learning about Kidd and Angel. Rah's going to kill me when he finds out I slept over their house. I made my way downstairs and opened the fridge. "Ugh." I groaned. They didn't have any milk.
"Well good morning sunshine." I turned around to see Angel standing at the counter. Why couldn't have Kidd be there, he was way nicer than this douche bag. He didn't have a shirt on, showing off his pack and very defined V-line. I bite my bottom lip a little and he certainly noticed so I immediately stopped.
"You need to put a shirt on." I said focusing my eyes back into the fridge, they had orange juice which was the next best thing. I grabbed the bottle and jugged the last little bit down, waterfall style. "My cousin is coming to pick me up so..." I trailed off wiping my mouth clean from the juice. "Im gonna go." I finished I said walking towards the living room.
"Wait!" Angel yelled after me grabbing my arm. I quickly yanked it away from him.
"Don't touch me." I said kinda defensively. I didnt feel right with him touching me after he bragged to Kidd about. I certainly was not easy and he wasn't going to take advantage of me again. I sat on the couch and started to act like there was something important to do on my phone when all actuality I just didn't want to make eye contact with Angel.
"My bad." was all he could say before returning upstairs into his room I suppose. He seemed upset, but oh well that wasn't my problem. Senior year was ending in a month so hopefully I wouldn't have to communicate with Angel or Kidd ever again. A couple minutes later Rah texted me 'Hurry up, I'm outside'. Quickly getting up I left Angel's house in a rush to Rah's car.
"Thank god," I whispered to myself but I think Rah heard me because he gave me a strange look and didn't move the car. "Uh oh." I whispered to myself I again. Caught.
"What exactly were you doing in there? Who lives there?" he asked. I was afraid to tell him who, so I decided on being silent instead. "Blue I will drag you in there and I could see for myself." he threated. he sounded a lot like a father figure. I hated when he sounded like that. it gave me the creeps. "Blue?" he said shaking me out of my thoughts.
"Fine," I said looking out the window and to the house. "AngelandKidd." I said, the words rushing out of my mouth like a hurricane.
"Excuse me?" Rah asked trying to get my eyes focused on him.
"Angel and Kidd." I said again but this time slower. "Nothing happened! Ok? I mean I slept over, but not with them. The cops crashed the party and I'm pretty sure I was ditched and Angel was the only one there to take me home, so I didn't get caught by the cops. Only instead he took me here, to meet Kidd I presume. But nothing happened I swear!" The words just kept coming out but I could tell Rah wasn't listening to me and before I know it he was out the car and knocking on the door like he wanted to break it. "Oh dear god." I pleaded. This is going to so embarrassing.
You would think living with your older, cooler cousin would be all fun and games until he finds out you slept over a boys house. As much as trouble as I'm going to get in I might as well have slept with one of them. "Open the fucking door Angel!" Rah said his name as if he knew them. "I'm not playing with ya'll!" he yelled.
Kidd opened the door instead, at first his eyes landed on me and he smiled but then noticed Rah in front of me, he's eyes grew wide. Punch! Jesus that had to hurt. Rah then kicked him to the ground and then saw Angel and dropped him to the floor too. Angel and Kidd were both on the ground in pain. Rah pulled out a gun.
"RAH!" I yelled as loud as I could. I never seen my cousin strapped let alone ready to kill someone. "Put the fucking gun down!" I yelled.
"Come on man," Kidd began already bleeding at his lip were Rah punched him.
"Seriously guys, I told you my little cousin is off limits!" Rah said putting his gun back into his pants. Wait! What hell did he mean 'Off limits' . What were they talking about?
"The cops crashed the party and we had to get her somewhere safe, we knew your ass wouldn't be home." Angel said holding his stomach.
"What the hell are you talking about?" I asked all three of them. No answer. "Okay, you know what, I'm out. Come to me when you have the truth." I told all of them snatching Rah's keys out of his hands and jogging to the car. I jumped in and pulled off.
