To facilitate combat scenarios, we've chosen to anthropomorphize the Pokémon slightly for more ease in maneuverability.~
Each Pokémon retains its core appearance with subtle variations such as height, body proportions, eye color, and possibly hairstyles. Much like humans, numerous minor distinctions set each individual apart from the rest.

Evolutions are not driven by EXP gains as in the games; instead, they're determined by age and significant life events. For Pokémon with two evolutionary stages, the first evolution occurs at age eight and the final transformation between seventeen and eighteen. For those with just one evolution, it takes place at either age fifteen or sixteen. Pokémon without any evolutionary stages will undergo a growth spurt. Eevee, a unique case, evolves at thirteen, with its specific form determined by its elemental affinity.
In their heroic roles, Pokémon may encounter traumatic events that can accelerate their evolution. However, it's not limited to heroes; any deeply distressing or disturbing experience can act as a catalyst. These evolutions borne from trauma can sometimes result in physical anomalies: uneven limb growth, unexpected changes in eye or skin color, etc. Fortunately, medical interventions exist for more severe mutations.
Another less frequent trigger for early evolution is an overwhelming intensity of emotion, whether it's born from protection, love, or even hatred. While analogous to trauma-induced evolutions, these are rarer occurrences.

While Pokémon don't necessarily need to wear clothes, many choose to do so for fun or as a form of self-expression. With the influence of social media, many Pokémon proudly don apparel showcasing their favorite content creators, both as a way to support them and to share their admiration.

For a blend of practicality and a touch of whimsy, we've put a new spin on existing brands from the real world. This not only aligns better with our story's theme but also gives a nod to the Pokémon universe.

Akio's character underwent numerous iterations over the years before finalized. The very first time I penned Akio's story was back in 2020, with the intention of crafting a fanfiction that featured a Jolteon as the protagonist. Initially, I had chosen the name Hikari for him, which translates to 'Light'... the more you know, ey?
