"If you don't want me," Yibo's breath was shaky but still he faced Xiao Zhan in a determined manner. "I can't change that. But I'll still be here, waiting for you to come back to me."

He looked into Xiao Zhan's eyes, still kneeling on the floor and holding his hand. Xiao Zhan too looked back at him, as if he was on a daze.

Wanting to continue more, Wang Yibo said, "Zhan ge, I have loved you ever since I can remember. Although I did not know you were my mate, I still loved you. I was afraid to say my feelings to you 'cause I was afraid I might be too soon. But, we happened to be mates and even if our union was a destined one, I still think our marriage was not only because of our soul mate bond but it was also on our threads of memories. Zhan Ge, I know what I did was wrong, I shouldn't have left you alone at the hotel that day and I just want to correct everything. Is it impossible for you to give me a second chance?"

Wang Yibo had tears in his eyes as Xiao Zhan still kept staring at him.

He could not understand. He was puzzled. His Zhan Ge just looked at him as if he was dreaming and did not him out a word. He was worried and just when he was about to call out to his omega again, Xiao Zhan finally made movement.

He jerked his hand away and stood up abruptly, pushing Yibo who fell, before walking away in hurried steps towards the baby's room. Wang Yibo's heart clenched and he just sat there, waiting for Xiao Zhan to turn back and come to him, but that never happened.

Xiao Zhan entered the room and slammed the door behind him.

It was hard. It was very hard for Wang Yibo. His love, his omega, his husband, no longer wanted him!

The truth made his heart throb in pain. He seemed to be down in the mouth and in the dumps. He swallowed the lump on this throat but was reduced to tears, at the end.

He waited and waited. He waited for longer than than he could imagine but the door never opened and Xiao Zhan never came out.

He could not take it any longer and began sobbing. His face was like a wet weekend. His heart was broken yet he still gazed at the door, at the door knob, a small hope in him that the handle would move and the door would open. That Xiao Zhan would come back to him.

He was too sad for words. The memories of their past began flooding in and he clenched his eyes shut, unable to think of them. They had been a very good couple, perfect in every way, until all this happened.

Wang Yibo could not describe how he felt right now. He felt blue, gutted, out of sorts, low and especially, broken!

He was alone and there was Xiao Zhan to tell him that it was okay! That everything would be alright!

He was sad, depressed, devastated, dejected, forlorn, melancholic and hurt!

He sunk into despair and his heart was shattered into million of pieces. His heart had fallen apart and he took it hard.

He cried his heart out but the pain did not go away. If anything, it increased even more.

He could neither control his emotions nor cope with this unpleasant situation.

Finally realizing that Xiao Zhan would not come out to him, he got up and grabbed his helmet, his leather jacket. That were the only belongings he had right now, his bike, phone, wallet with his cards in, and the jacket.

Wang Yibo briskly walked out of the little house and bee lined towards his motorcycle, and soon, Yibo was zipping down the streets, heading to no where.

The streets were a little empty and there were not much of any vehicles and pedestrians, amplifying the sound of Yibo's motorcycle racing across the streets. This was silence that only settled in the dead of the night yet it was here in the morning or may be it was Wang Yibo's empty heart that made him feel the streets were too empty. He let himself cherish it as the wind buffeted against his face. It was then he realized that he forgot to put his helmet visor down, and he quickly flicked it so it protected his eyes from the harsh wind.

If Wang Yibo had tears streaming down his face the entire ride, well, no one had to know that. Only his heart, his mind and he knew of the pain.

He rode and rode until he felt that it was enough. He did not want to go back yet to the little house of Zhan's so he stopped in the middle of the road, thinking for a destination. And just at the rift moment, Nie Huisang rang him, asking if they could meet and so Wang Yibo rode off towards the location.

Since there was no much traffic, he freely rode his bike, reaching speeds he would not have been able to during the other times of the day. Soon, Wang Yibo arrived at a well-kept neighborhood. He slowed down a bit, and when he arrived at Nie Huisang's house, he brought his motorcycle to a halt. Yibo kicked down the peg and left the motorcycle leaning against it and walked towards the front door.

He knocked thrice before the door opened and Hiusang came to his sight.

"Come in." Huisang stepped aside and Yibo walked in, his heart feeling heavy and empty and slumped down on the sofa, his friend following him behind.

"So, how did things go with Zhan?" Hiusang asked.

"Bad." Yibo commented, his eyes downcast.

"Did he not approve to co-parent with you?"

"No." Yibo's voice was dull and full of hurt.

Nie Huisang sighed, understanding how much hurt Wang Yibo must be and so with a comforting tone, he said, "Don't give up yet."

"I am not." Yibo said before looking up at his friend, tears welling up his eyes, and he finally said more than three words. "The Wang family had cut off the ties with me."

"Huh? Wha-..."

"Uncle and brother no longer want me in the family!" Wang Yibo yelled, sobbing hard.
