Always So Calm

"Yeah, you can set the drinks there. Thank you Namjoon, I appreciate it."

"No problem. Now go finish getting ready, I'll make sure everything is set up nicely. Especially since your lover Nayeon will be coming~"

"Goddd why does everyone know about her suddenly?" I ask, laughing as I lazily make my way upstairs to my bedroom.

"You've finally caught feelings for someone, you can't blame us for being excited!l He yells.

I shake my head with a smile as I open my bedroom door.

Making my way over to my bed and I grab my watch, then I notice the book. Flowers on the moon, casually sitting on my bed stand.

And I sigh.

Feeling myself grow nervous.

That reminds me.

I slowly pull my phone out and send a quick text to Taehyung.

"Hey."

And he responds quickly, as always.

"Hi hottie."

I exhale. Thinking about it for a few seconds before finally texting back.

"Invite Park to my party tonight."

"Oh? I thought you didn't like him."

I chuckle. I don't. I really don't.
But I do..?

"He isn't too bad. Not too bad of a friend. Invite him. Besides, the more people at a party, the better, right?"

"He isn't a party person. He won't come."

"Tell him Jungkook wants him here. Final answer."

"Got it. Will keep you updated."

Keep me updated, he said. Liar.

I see everyone but Taehyung and Jimin.

But many people are here, so far.

I grab my drink and chug the rest of it before smiling at others. Greeting them.

And after a few minutes, my phone rings.

I look at it and smile.

Nayeon.

"You," I say.

"You," She giggles. "I never break a promise. Now come open your door and welcome me in personally, will you?"

I smile widely now. Hanging up as I make my way over.

I open the door and see her standing there sweetly, smiling up adorably at me.

"Finally," I say as I hug her waist, picking her up and spinning her around gently, causing her to giggle. "I'm really happy to see you."

"I'm happy to see you too!"

I put her down and we just smile at each other.

"Is it weird that I missed you so much?" I ask.

She giggles and pokes my cheek. "It's not weird. I missed you too...and I'm not surprised you missed me so much. You are my number one fan, after all-"

"Whateverr," I laugh. I then gently hold her hand and pull her in. "Let me introduce you to people. Oh! And, what can I get you to drink?"

"A glass of wine please."
